摘要： Disclosed is an integrated expansion kettle, including a kettle body (1), a coolant flow channel (8) passing through a chamber (2) is provided inside the kettle body (1); at least one group of gas-liquid separation mechanisms is provided on the coolant flow channel (8); each group of the gas-liquid separation mechanism includes a first opening (13) provided on the coolant flow channel (8) for liquid in the chamber (2) to flow into the coolant flow channel (8) and a second opening (14) for liquid in the coolant flow channel (2) to flow into the chamber (2), and a pressure at the first opening (13) is greater than a pressure at the second opening (14). A cooling system is also disclosed, which includes a motor cooling circuit (17), a battery cooling circuit (16) and the expansion kettle. A vehicle is also disclosed, which includes the cooling system. The integrated expansion kettle is divided into two sections to ensure the efficiency of gas-liquid separation, eliminate abnormal sound, reduce the degassing time of gas-liquid separation on the whole body, reduce heat leakage, and greatly reduce the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet.
