摘要: The present application provides a thermal management system, a vehicle, and a thermal management method. The thermal management system includes a tank assembly and a valve unit, the tank assembly includes a shell body and a cover plate, the shell body covers the cover plate and forms an accommodation chamber together with the cover plate, and the valve unit is installed on the shell body; the accommodation chamber is internally provided with a plurality of pipelines for liquid circulation, the shell body has a plurality of connection ports communicating with the accommodation chamber, a first end of the pipeline is correspondingly in communication with the connection port, and a second end of the pipeline and a portion of the pipeline are located outside of the accommodation chamber; and the valve unit has a plurality of valve ports correspondingly in communication with the connection ports. The thermal management system of the present application can shorten the total length of the pipelines, reduce the flow resistance in the pipelines, and enhance the working efficiency of the system.

摘要: A multi-way valve, related to the technical field of control valves, is used to solve the problem of large occupied space, complicated control, and high cost, because of the use of two driving devices for controlling a three-way proportional valve and a two-way proportional valve, where a driving device is connected to a first valve core (10) in a transmission way, and the first valve core (10) is provided with a first matching structure, and a second valve core (20) is provided with a second matching structure that matches the first matching structure. In the first matching state, the first valve core (10) rotates alone and the second valve core (20) remains stationary; in the second matching state, the first valve core (10) rotates to drive the second valve core (20) to rotate synchronously. Therefore, the first valve core (10) not only can rotate alone to adjust the flow rate of the first valve port; but also can rotate to drive the second valve core (20) to rotate together to adjust the flow rate of the second valve port, and after the adjustment is completed, the first valve core rotates to its original position without changing the flow rate of the first valve port. In this way, only one driving device is needed to drive and control the first valve core (10) and the second valve core (20), resulting in simple control, compact structure, and low cost.

摘要: An expansion tank for a vehicle cooling system and a vehicle cooling system. The expansion tank includes a tank body and a chamber provided inside the tank body, a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet are provided on the tank body, a diversion channel matched with a bottom of the tank body is provided inside the tank body, both ends of the diversion channel are respectively connected with the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet, a vent hole and a liquid refill hole are sequentially provided on a side of the diversion channel in a flow direction of a coolant liquid, and the vent hole and the liquid refill hole are both communicated with the chamber. The automatic separation of the air from the coolant liquid and the automatic refill of the coolant liquid can be realized by providing the diversion channel connecting the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet inside the tank body, and sequentially providing the vent hole and the liquid refill hole on the side of the diversion channel in the flow direction of the coolant liquid. Since the expansion tank is directly connected in series to the main cooling circuit of the motor, the cost input and arrangement space of pipelines, pipe clamps, and liquid-gas separators are reduced, and the weight of the cooling system is also reduced.

During use, the integrated channel apparatus is installed in the non-heat pump thermal management integrated module, and the connecting tubes that need to be connected are placed in the two channels and the strip groove correspondingly connecting the two channels; when being upgraded to a heat pump management system, the integrated channel apparatus is disassembled, and a three-way valve or a four-way valve is installed on the connecting tube. It is possible to quickly upgrade the electric vehicle from the non-heat pump system to the heat pump system without significantly increasing the cost and weight of the entire vehicle.
