摘要: The present invention provides a method of preparing a sorbitol liquid and a liquid polyol using a maltitol raffinate. The method includes the steps of: obtaining a saccharification liquid by adding glucoamylase to the maltitol raffinate for saccharification; obtaining a fermentation liquid by adding a dry yeast to the above saccharification liquid for fermentation; obtaining the sorbitol liquid and the liquid polyol by performing decolorization filtration and membrane separation for the above fermentation liquid. The present invention can fully utilize the maltitol raffinate to increase its added value. Further, the method is simple, practical and low in costs.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method for improving sensory attributes of a sugar alcohol and application thereof. After analyzing the difference between the sugar alcohol used as a sugar substitute and sucrose in multiple sensory attribute dimensions by flavor analysis, corresponding taste modifying substances are added according to the intensity of the difference, thereby solving the problem that there are differences between the sugar alcohol used as a sugar substitute and the sucrose in taste sensory attributes in the field of food at present. According to the invention, the taste difference between the sugar alcohol and the sucrose in multiple sensory attribute dimensions is analyzed, so that the level of taste improvement is broader. Multidimensional accurate quantification of differences is realized by means of a sensory flavor wheel, thereby realizing accurate taste modification and improving the accuracy of taste improvement.

摘要: Related to are a device and a method for performing continuous carbonation and impurity removal for xylose mother liquor. The device includes an alkali addition unit, a continuous carbonating unit, a discharge controlling unit, a CO 2 supply station, a vapor station and an after-carbonation tank, wherein the alkali addition unit is configured to add Ca(OH) 2 alkaline liquid into xylose mother liquor, the continuous carbonating unit is configured to introduce CO 2 supplied from the CO 2 supply station into the alkali-added xylose mother liquor to perform carbonation and mixing so as to remove impurities such as colloid and pigment in xylose mother liquor, the discharge controlling unit is configured to introduce CO 2 supplied from the CO 2 supply station and vapor transported from the vapor station into the carbonated xylose mother liquor so as to control and stabilize a pH value of the carbonated xylose mother liquor, and the after-carbonation tank is configured to collect and temporarily store the carbonated and impurity-removed xylose mother liquor so as to prepare for a next procedure. Further, a method using the device is disclosed. According to the device and the method, the pH of xylose mother liquor is continuously regulated and stabilized and continuous feeding and discharge are performed with highly automated device so as to achieve continuous and uninterrupted production, and thus facilitate improving the production efficiency.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses a system for co-producing a xylitol and a caramel pigment by utilizing a xylose mother liquid. The system includes a raw material tank, a filter, a nanofiltration membrane device, a first ion exchange device, a chromatographic separation device, a refined hydrogenation assembly, and a browning reaction assembly that are sequentially connected through a pipeline. The chromatographic separation device is configured to obtain an extracted liquid and a raffinate liquid by separating the xylose mother liquid that flows through the chromatographic separation device. The refined hydrogenation assembly is configured to prepare a crystal xylitol by performing a refined hydrogenation processing on the extracted liquid. The browning reaction assembly is configured to prepare the caramel pigment by performing a browning reaction processing on the raffinate liquid. The present disclosure also discloses a method for co-producing a xylitol and a caramel pigment by utilizing a xylose mother liquid. The present disclosure prepares the crystal xylitol by purifying and crystallizing the xylose mother liquid and preparing the caramel pigment through the raffinate liquid obtained after a chromatographic separation, which improves the value of the xylose mother liquid.
