摘要: The present disclosure provides a preparation system and a preparation method for xylitol crystals. In the preparation system, outlets of a first centrifuge are connected with an inlet of a hot air drying tank and an inlet of a primary mother liquor storage tank through pipelines, respectively. Outlets of a second centrifuge are connected with an inlet of a second fluidized bed dryer and an inlet of a secondary mother liquor storage tank through pipelines, respectively. An outlet of a dicrystalline sugar dissolution tank is connected with an inlet of a blending tank through a pipeline. An outlet of a tricrystalline sugar dissolution tank is connected with the inlet of the primary mother liquor storage tank. The blending tank is provided with an inlet for a raw material of xylitol hydrogenation solution. An output of an outlet of a first fluidized bed dryer is prepared xylitol crystals.

The systems may further comprise a high-intensity sweetener storage tank (17), a primary mother liquor tank (18), and a secondary mother liquor tank (19). The finished product tank (16) may store a prepared compound crystallization product of the erythritol and the high-intensity sweetener.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a preparation system and a preparation method for high-quality xylitol crystals. The preparation system comprises a blending tank, a heat exchanger, a decolorization tank, an ion exchange system, a micropore filter, a first evaporator, a first crystallization kettle, a first centrifuge, a fluidization drying bed, a xylitol dissolution tank, a second evaporator, a second crystallization kettle, a second centrifuge, a hot air drying tank, and a cold air fluidization bed which are sequentially connected through pipelines. The first centrifuge is also connected with the blending tank through a pipeline. The second centrifuge is also connected with the xylitol dissolution tank through a pipeline. The blending tank is provided with an inlet for a xylitol hydrogenation solution. The xylitol dissolution tank is provided with a water inlet for purified water. A material output from the cold air fluidization bed is a xylitol crystal product. The first prepared xylitol crystals are dissolved by adding water in a certain proportion to obtain a xylitol solution with a higher purity, which is recrystallized to prepare xylitol crystals with higher pH and better flavor.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a system and a method for utilizing corn cobs to jointly produce a premium xylose and a high-end caramel pigment. The system includes a xylose preparation subsystem, an enzymatic hydrolysis subsystem, and a caramel pigment preparation subsystem that are connected to each other through pipelines. The xylose preparation subsystem includes a raw material tank, a pretreatment tank, an acid hydrolysis kettle, a plate and frame filter press device, a filtrate neutralization tank, a nanofiltration membrane separator, an electrodialysis separator, an evaporation concentration tank, a crystallization tank, a centrifugal separator, and a dryer that are connected in sequence through pipelines. The enzymatic hydrolysis subsystem includes a filter residue neutralization tank and an enzymatic hydrolysis reaction kettle connected through pipelines. The caramel pigment preparation subsystem includes a sugar liquid mixing tank, a browning reaction kettle, a flash tank, an ultrafiltration membrane separator, and a wiped film evaporator. The present disclosure not only utilizes hexose resources in corn cob waste residue and pentose resources in xylose mother liquid in a high-value manner, but also obtains high-value-added high-end caramel pigment products, thereby improving the comprehensive utilization value of corn cobs.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses a system for co-producing a xylitol and a caramel pigment by utilizing a xylose mother liquid. The system includes a raw material tank, a filter, a nanofiltration membrane device, a first ion exchange device, a chromatographic separation device, a refined hydrogenation assembly, and a browning reaction assembly that are sequentially connected through a pipeline. The chromatographic separation device is configured to obtain an extracted liquid and a raffinate liquid by separating the xylose mother liquid that flows through the chromatographic separation device. The refined hydrogenation assembly is configured to prepare a crystal xylitol by performing a refined hydrogenation processing on the extracted liquid. The browning reaction assembly is configured to prepare the caramel pigment by performing a browning reaction processing on the raffinate liquid. The present disclosure also discloses a method for co-producing a xylitol and a caramel pigment by utilizing a xylose mother liquid. The present disclosure prepares the crystal xylitol by purifying and crystallizing the xylose mother liquid and preparing the caramel pigment through the raffinate liquid obtained after a chromatographic separation, which improves the value of the xylose mother liquid.
