    摘要: The present invention discloses a PBAT resin composition comprising following components: (a) poly(butyleneadipate-co-terephthalate); (b) iron element; wherein, based on a total weight of the PBAT resin composition, a weight content of the iron element is 1ppm-500ppm. By adding iron-containing compounds into the composition and controlling the content of the iron element in a range of 1ppm-500ppm in the composition, a speed of reaction of aromatic structure in the PBAT resin under a hot and humid condition can be postponed, so that after the prepared PBAT resin composition is aged in boiling water for 24 hours and 48 hours, a variation of b-value is less than 2. The PBAT resin composition has obviously improved color stability in resistance to boiling water aging.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a poly(terephthalate-co-sebacate) resin and a preparation method thereof, wherein the poly(terephthalate-co-sebacate) resin is formed by polymerization of a diacid and a diol, the diacid consists of 45mol%-55mol% of terephthalic acid and 45mol%-55mol% of sebacic acid, the diol is 1,4-butanediol, and thermal performance parameters of the poly(terephthalate-co-sebacate) resin meet the following relational expression: T crystallization peak width at half height / T melting point − T crystallization temperature = 0.05 to 0.26 ; and a film made of the poly(terephthalate-co-sebacate) resin with a thickness of 25±1µm has a static friction coefficient of 0.2-0.3 and a light transmittance of 90% or above, and has balanced light transmittance and static friction coefficient, having a relatively low static friction coefficient whilst maintaining a relatively high light transmittance performance, and the resin can be smoothly processed without adding an antiblocking agent or a compatilizer, so that the obtained poly(terephthalate-co-sebacate) resin has good transparency and processing performance.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a PBS resin composition and a preparation method thereof. The PBS resin composition comprises the following components: a. PBS resin; b. element titanium; c. element phosphorus, wherein a range of a weight ratio of the element titanium to the element phosphorus is 0.6-10:1, preferably 0.7-4:1, and more preferably 1.25-1.5:1. A weight content of the element titanium is 20-200 ppm, and a weight content of the element phosphorus is 15-70 ppm. By adding a titanium-containing compound and a phosphorus-containing compound and controlling the range of the weight ratio of the element titanium to the element phosphorus in the PBS resin composition to be 0.6-10:1, the present invention obtains a PBS resin composition. After treating in a 95°C-distilled water bath for 12 hours and drying at 90°C for 3 hours, a change of the melt flow index of the PBS resin composition is less than 50.0 g/lOmin, and the PBS resin composition possesses an obviously improved hydrolysis property.

    摘要: The present invention discloses a poly(terephthalate-co-sebacate) resin composition, comprising the following components: a. poly(terephthalate-co-sebacate); and b. an alkane, which is at least one selected from the group consisting of hexadecane, heptadecane, octadecane, nonadecane and eicosane; wherein a weight content of the alkane is 5ppm-1000ppm based on a total weight of the poly(terephthalate-co-sebacate) resin composition. The present invention controls the content of alkane in the composition within a range of 5ppm-1000ppm by adding an alkane, which not only enables the poly(terephthalate-co-sebacate) resin to have obviously improved blow molding properties, a film thickness range of less than 0.3 µm, and a relative deviation of film thickness of less than 2.0%, thereby guaranteeing a bubble stability and a continuity of blow molding, but also enables the film material to prevent the ink from stripping off the film material, and to prevent excessive ink from adhering to the film material in the printing process, so that the film shows excellent printing performance.
