The invention relates to a wear protection device comprising a plurality of shaped elements (1), wherein the shaped elements are substantially plate-shaped. The shaped elements are designed as one piece and have at least two levels (2, 3) arranged at an offset from one another. At least two of the shaped elements (1.1, 1.2) provided according to the invention are fixed in a shaped-element combination at positions relative to one another in such a way that a first level (2) of the first shaped element (1.1) partially overlaps a second level (3) of the second shaped element (1.2). In a shaped-element combination according to the invention, a first shaped element can partially overlap up to three additional shaped elements at the second level (3) of said shaped elements.
