    摘要: A stabilized aqueous composition capable of producing or, in the presence of saliva or other humoral fluid, leading to the production of antimicrobially effective concentrations of hypothiocyanite ions (OSCN-) are herein described. The composition contains an oxidoreductase enzyme and its specific substrate, for the purpose of producing hydrogen peroxide of at least the minimum effective concentration, and in addition, catalase for the destruction of hydrogen peroxide to prevent premature oxidoreductase enzyme decomposition. Optionally, a peroxidase enzyme may be included to act upon the aforementioned hydrogen peroxide, thereby oxidizing thiocyanate ions to produce the antimicrobial concentrations of hypothiocyanite ions (OSCN-).

A drive shaft (54) is mounted in the engine block (3) and arranged to be driven by the piston (2) in rotational motion about a first axis perpendicular to the direction of motion of the piston (2). Rotational motion of the drive shaft (54) is transferred to a first shaft (80) that is mounted in the engine block (3) parallel to the drive shaft (54). Rotational motion of the first shaft (80) is then transferred to a second shaft (92) such that the engine produces a rotational output about an output axis that is parallel to the direction of reciprocal motion of the piston (2).

A hand grip (132) is attached to the other end of the arm pole (26) for enabling the standing rider to control motor speed and for providing stabilization to the standing rider's stance on the deck (22). The motor (108), jet pump (100) and other components of the motorized water ski (10) are mounted in the hull (16) to define a center of gravity so that when a rider of average weight stands on the deck (22), the composite center of gravity (120) of the motorized water ski (10) and rider (12) is beneath the deck (22) in order to enable the standing rider (12) to turn the motorized water ski (10) solely by a shift in rider stance on the deck (22).
