For the medium level region, the power switch (28) is ON with the power switch (29) OFF, and the switch (15) is connected with the preamplifier while the preamplifier output is connected to the terminal (14) through the switches (21 and 19). For the high level region, the power switches (28 and 29) are ON, the switches (15 and 16) are connected with the preamplifier and final amplifier, respectively, while the output of the final amplifier is connected to the terminal (14) through the switch (19).
