The conducting means (4) communicates with the wound area via at least one opening (16) in a wall (18) of the conducting means (4), facing the low-pressure dressing, and via at least one opening in the low-pressure dressing (13). The connection device is characterised in that the conducting means (4) is flexible and flat, the conducting means (4) and the carrier means (6) together form a single component, the conducting means (4) extending, on both sides, from a central longitudinal section (10) forming a longitudinal channel (12), and merging with a lateral wing section (8), and the flat conducting means (4) can be applied to the negative-pressure dressing (13), in a two-dimensional manner, with the longitudinal section (10) and the lateral wing sections (8).
