    摘要: A wellhead system comprising an outer wellhead housing (54), an inner wellhead member (56), and an annulus therebetween. The inner wellhead member (56), such as a casing hanger, is adapted to land in the outer wellhead housing (54). The outer wellhead housing (54) may comprise a wickers (52) formed in a hardened metal inlay (68). Alternatively, or in addition to the wickers (52) formed in the outer wellhead housing, wickers (50) may be formed in a hardened metal inlay (72) in the inner wellhead member (56). An annular metal seal (64) may be disposed in the annulus and driven into the wickers (52) to seal the annulus between the inner wellhead member (56) and the outer wellhead housing (54) and to axially restrain the seal (64) within the annulus.

A dog ring circumscribes the tie rod and is moveable between a lockdown open position where the dog ring is spaced from the tie rod, and a lockdown engaged position where a dog ring inner diameter profile engages the tie rod profile, to axially couple the stationary connector body and the moveable connector body. An annular piston circumscribes the dog ring and has a region with a reduced inner diameter that engages an outer diameter of the dog ring to retain the dog ring in the lockdown engaged position. A cylinder circumscribes the annular piston, defining a lockdown piston cavity.

Each riser pipe section (31) includes a cylindrical form having an axis (A) and also a carbon epoxy matrix (37). The sensor (38) includes a polyvinylidene fluoride laminate (35) and electrodes (36) (e.g., conductive silver ink coating) so that the sensor (38) generates electricity at the electrodes (36) responsive to mechanical stresses and strains of the riser section (31), including vibrations. The system (25) can also include a data acquisition system (79) and digital signal analyzer (70) to analyze signals responsive to the generated electricity at the electrodes (36) of sensors (38) and to provide health monitoring and damage detection for the marine riser pipe string (30), including impact damage and fatigue crack initiation. The system (25) can further include a subsurface (23) energy storage device (40) and a plurality subsurface microelectromechanical devices (42) coupled to the subsurface (23) energy storage device (40).

The actuation member (36) is adapted to transfer a lifting force from the surface to the load member (28) to enable an over-pull test of the hanger assembly (24) to be performed.
