The windguard pipe (50) has a series of tine apertures (51) through which the first and second tine portions are inserted. The support region (43) is bound to the windguard pipe (50) by using a clip (45). The clip (45) has a tine catch (46) and a pipe release (47) to allow for easy removal and installation of the windguard tine (44).
