    摘要： Eine Zahnbürste weist zur Anregung von Akupunkturpunkten in der Mundhöhle am Bürstenkopf (1) einen negativen stirnseitigen Magnetpol (5), seitliche Magnetpole (6a,b) entgegengesetzter Polaritäten sowie obere Magnetpole (7a-c) auf, welche abwechselnd entgegengesetzte Polaritäten aufweisen, wobei sich die des vordersten Magnetpols (7a) von der des stirnseitigen Magnetpols (5) unterscheidet. Die Feldstärke an der Oberfläche der Zahnbürste liegt in der Nähe eines Magnetpols zwischen 600 und 1'500 Gauss. Die Magnetpole (5, 6a,b, 7a-c) werden von oberflächennah eingegossenen Magnetplättchen (4a-f) erzeugt. Statt direkt in den Bürstenkopf können die Magnetplättchen auch in einen Aufsatz eingelassen sein, welcher auf eine gewöhnliche Zahnbürste aufsteckbar ist. Zahnbürste oder Aufsatz können auch bestimmte Farben zur Erzielung eine zusätzlichen chromotherapeutischen Wirkung aufweisen.

    摘要： A force-indicating toothbrush (20) which uses magnetic latching (42) to hold a movable brush member (26) against a hollow handle (22). When held by the hollow handle (22), the bristles of the brush member (26) are pressed against the user's teeth and gums until a predetermined force is reached. The predetermined force causes unlatching of the magnetic latch (42) and movement of the brush member (26) relative to the hollow handle (22), thereby indicating to the user that too much pressure has been exerted against the teeth and gums.
