The invention relates to an ambulance litter (1) comprising a trolley (2) and a carrier for a patient, such as a stretcher or a frame (3, 8) for e.g. an incubator (4), mounted on the trolley (2). The carrier (3, 8) is connected to the trolley (2) via at least one shock absorber (21, 22) that allows a stroke of the carrier relative to the trolley.

A stretcher having a fixture fixable to the floor of an automobile by easily adjusting it even if the automobile on which the stretcher is placed is changed when the stretcher is placed on the automobile for carrying a patient and a lifter placed on the stretcher and having an easily openable shielding plate stretched thereon. The stretcher (100) comprises an upper frame (11) for placing the lifter on the upper part thereof, a fitting groove (14) for fixing the lifter at the front end part of the upper frame (11), and a C-shaped hook fixing the lifter to the rear end part thereof. An adjustable lock supporter (26) comprising a constant load spring (16) and a pin lock mechanism fixing the vertically moved upper frame (11) at any position and engaged with a lock piece for fixing the stretcher installed on the floor surface of the automobile is fitted to a slide mechanism vertically moving the position of the upper frame (11). Also, the easily openable shielding plate allowed to place on the stretcher is stretched on the lifter.

A stretcher (100) comprising casters (41, 42) in the front and rear, an upper frame (11) in the top for mounting a stretcher framework, and a slide mechanism for vertically changing the position of the upper frame (11), wherein a stepless stop mechanism is installed that stop the slide in the slide mechanism in a stepless manner. As a result, the height of the stretcher (100) can be smoothly changed without giving pain or uneasiness to the patient.

A stretcher is provided that may include a patient support, a base, a connection member being pivotally connected to the patient support and pivotally connected to the base such that the patient support, the base, and the connection member can form a Z-shape with a first angle at the corner of the Z-shape between the patient support and the connection member and a second angle at the other corner of the Z between the base and the connection member, a first angle adjustment device for controlling the first angle, and a second angle adjustment device for controlling the second angle such that the first angle adjustment device and the second angle adjustment device can be operated independently of each other. A method of loading and unloading a stretcher from an ambulance is also provided.

A multifunctional mattress, equipped with N body support members, and provided with a left stretcher rod through-penetrating area and a right stretcher rod through-penetrating area along a direction of a long edge L respectively, the two stretcher rod through-penetrating areas are provided with a stretcher hole for penetrating a stretcher rod through, the stretcher hole is stretched along a direction parallel to the long edge L of the mattress body; the mattress body is provided with a plurality of airbag areas, strip-like gaps are arranged among the airbag areas, the strip-like gaps are arranged in parallel to each other in a direction mutually perpendicular to the long edge L of the mattress body; a width H of the strip-like gap is greater than or equal to a width h of the body support member, a thickness of the inflated airbag area is greater than that of the body support member. The multifunctional mattress is quick to operate, safe and less laborious, and portable and environmentally-friendly.
