摘要： The present invention relates to a pressure filter for thickening treating a solids suspension comprising a container having a feed conduit provided with a feed pump for introducing a suspension to be filtered under pressure and an outlet conduit for discharging the thickened suspension from the bottom of the container and a plurality of tubular filtering elements suspended from a horizontal support plate, through which elements filtrate flows and the interior of which elements communicates with a filtrate chamber located on the opposite side of the support plate, and the filtrate is arranged to be discharged during a filtering stage via a filtrate outlet conduit exiting from the filtrate chamber, and the filtering elements collect on their outer surface solid matter that is arranged to be periodically released by making the filtrate in the filtrate chamber pass counter-currently through the filtering elements and to settle onto the bottom of the container. A cylindrical piece is arranged in the container below the filtering elements and the feed conduit is connected to the cylinder for leading the suspension into the interior of the cylinder. The pressure filter is applicable for use at the causticizing plant of a chemical pulp mill.

The exemplary embodiments described herein disclose a system comprising a filter chamber, having a deck positioned inside to divide it into an upper chamber and a lower chamber. The deck may have a plurality of holes to hold filtration elements and also may have a ridge or a skirt or both. An inlet line may be tangentially connected to the filter chamber and introduce influent liquid into the filter chamber below the deck and outside of the skirt.

摘要： The invention relates to an extremely low-noise, low-vibration elutriation filter which is used to filter e.g. coolant lubricant. In said filter, a filter candle (12) which encompasses an ascending channel (16) is mounted into a separation plate (5) using an uptake tube (15), in such a way that it can be displaced axially. The filter cake which adheres to the exterior of the filter candle (12) is dislodged by means of a rotational body (40) e.g. in disc form, which has a shoulder (42) running along its glide path (41) between the end of said glide path (43) and the start (44) of the same. As soon as a head end-section (20) that is connected to the uptake tube (15) and that can be displaced axially against the force of a spring (21) by the glide path (41) is released from the rotating end of said glide path (43), the accumulated force of the spring (21) accelerates the filter cake (12), in such a way that the filter cake adhering to the filter candle is dislodged, both by the acceleration of the latter (12) and the impact caused when a damping ring, situated between the filter candle (12) and the separation plate (5), strikes said separation plate.
