The present invention relates to a rotor 5 which rotates about a rotation shaft extending in a vertical direction and accelerates an object for crushing by centrifugal force. The rotor comprises: a rotor upper plate 55 which forms the upper portion of the rotor and comprises a rotor upper plate hole 551, which is an inlet for the object for crushing which is inserted into the rotor; a rotor lower plate 53 which forms the bottom of the rotor and is disposed to be separated from the lower portion of the rotor upper plate; a rotor side wall 54 which is disposed between the rotor upper plate and the rotor lower plate so as to be coupled to the rotor upper plate and the rotor lower plate, the rotor side wall being disposed at a position spaced from the rotation center of the rotor; and a circular hole 541 which is formed on the rotor side wall 54 and is an outlet for the object for crushing accelerated by the rotor to come out of the rotor.

A centrifugal blade (24) is associated with each of the centrifugal chambers (22), along which blade the grinding stock (18) is displaced from a radial inner grinding stock supply (18) to a radial outer cutting edge, during operation of the centrifugal mill (10) and following centrifugal forces, the grinding stock emerging at the cutting edge from the rotor (14) of the centrifugal mill. Each centrifugal blade (24) comprises a wall (28) having a radial inner end edge (28a) and a radial outer end edge (28b) as well as a wearing unit (42/44) which is adjacently fixed to the radial outer end edge (28b) of the wall (28) of the blade, and on which the cutting edge (30) is arranged. Said blade wall (28) is embodied in an arched manner and exposes its concave surface (28c) to the grinding product (16) which moves along the same. According to the invention, precisely two centrifugal chambers (22) are provided. When the two cutting edges (30) of the centrifugal blades are connected to each other and form the mean perpendicular (M) on the line of connection, the radial inner end edge (28b) of the walls (24) of the two centrifugal blades (24) are arranged near said mean perpendicular (M).

Zum Schutz des Endes (15) des Flügels (11) ist dort ein Verschleißteil auswechselbar befestigt, der aus einem am Flügel (11) befestigten Trägerkörper (12) mit einer Hartmetallbewehrung (13) besteht, wobei ihr erster, an die Materialaufnahmetasche (17) anschließender Flächenabschnitt (22) mit einer Berührungsebene (B) der Randkanten der Materialaufnahmetasche (17) einen Winkel (y) von mindestens 180°, vorzugsweise 195° einschließt, sodaß eine Beaufschlagung durch Gesteinsbrocken praktisch entfällt. Dadurch kann eine Hartmetallegierung mit einem WC-Anteil von mehr als 91% verwendet werden, die Standzeiten von etwa 1000 Stunden gestattet.
