    摘要: An ultrafine powder sieving machine with bi-directional airflow. A sieving cylinder (2) having a downward opening is disposed at a middle portion of an inner cavity of a machine case (1). A cylinder port of the sieving cylinder (2) is joined to an upper opening of a funnel (3). An upper negative pressure chamber (4) is in communication with an external draft inducing fan (5). A U-shaped rotary gas spraying pipe formed by a horizontal pipe (6) and a vertical pipe (7) is disposed between the sieving cylinder (2) and the machine case (1). An air input port of a blowing pipe (9) is in communication with a blowing port of an external blower (11). A feeding pipe (12) is disposed in the sieving cylinder (2). A buffering umbrella (13) is disposed above a discharging port of the feeding pipe (12). The phenomena of blocked sieving holes incurred by blocks of accumulated light and small micron-scale materials on the sieving screen are prevented, so that large-scale industrial production can be applied to sieving of ultrafine powders greater than 500 mesh.

    摘要: The value-minerals are captured by gravity-separation, from a low-grade slurry. The ratio of liquids-to-solids in the slurry affects the efficiency of capture, and an ideal liquids/solids ratio is the ratio at which the efficiency of capture is at a maximum. The ideal ratio is different for different particle-sizes. The procedure includes dewatering the slurry, dividing the dry particles by particle-size, and feeding the several size-divided dry-streams into respective capture-stations. Prior to each dry-stream entering its respective capture-station, make-up water is added to the dry-stream in such quantity as to bring the liquids/solids ratio up to the ideal, for that particle-size. The procedure makes it simple to provide accurate measurement of, and accurate control of, the liquids/solids ratio.

    摘要: In a circular-cylinder sieve, a first frame (7) is provided with a radially provided first ring-like plate (7a) and a ring-like plate (7b) extending from an inner end portion of the first ring-like plate (7a) to the inner side in an axial direction (X) of the sieve. The ring-like plate (7b) is of a shape where an end portion of the plate (7b) is bent inward. The ring-like plate (7b) presses the ring-like ridge portion (2a) from radially outward to inward, and therefore the ring-like ridge portion (2a) does not come out. Four of the through-holes (7c) are used for fixing rods (6) and flat-head screws (6f) are fitted in them, and in the rest, flat-head screws (20) (see Fig. 1) are fitted so as to reinforce the joint between the first frame (7) and a hold-down frame (11).
