Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Antriebsregelung einer Mehrfach-Ziehmaschine bzw. -Ziehvorrichtung sowie eine Vorrichtung zum Ziehen von Stranggut. Mit Hilfe des Verfahrens ist es möglich eine Naßziehmaschine derart anzutreiben daß auch ein schlupfloser Betrieb erreicht wird. Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung weist eine für einen schlupflosen Naßbetrieb geeignete Antriebsregelung auf. Mit der vorliegenden Erfindung werden erhebliche Verbesserungen bei der Qualität des gezogenen Produktes, insbesondere von Drähten aus Kupfer, Kupferlegierungen bzw. Sonderwerkstoffen erreicht. Der Betrieb erfolgt dabei im wesentlichen automatisch, wobei eine selbstständige Anpassung der Vorrichtung an geänderte Betriebsbedingungen, wie Änderung der Materialeigenschaft des Stranggutes erfolgt.

Methods and apparatus are disclosed for maximizing the strength and deformability of dimensionally-reduced in-situ-formed composites. According the invention, the temperature of the composite is maintained at less than its recrystallization temperature as it is dimensionally reduced, such as by drawing it through one or more dies in a wire-drawing apparatus. The drawing speed and other parameters may be adjusted, as required, to control composite temperature.

Verfahren zur Herstellung von geripptem Betonstahl, wobei ein Stahldraht durch Warmwalzen hergestellt und dabei mit Schrägrippen sowie ggf. Längsrippen (insbesondere nach DIN 488) versehen wird. Der auf diese Weise warmgerippte Stahldraht (5) wird kalt einer Rekkung unterworfen sowie dadurch in bezug auf die Streckgrenze und die Dehnung eingestellt. Der Stahldraht (5) wird kontinuierlich gereckt und dazu über zumindest zwei angetriebene Reckscheiben (1,2) (oder Reckwalzen) geführt, die mit unterschiedlichen Umfangsgeschwindigkeiten auf dem Stahldraht (5) arbeiten. Über die Umfangsgeschwindigkeitsdifferenz der beiden Reckscheiben (1, 2) wird der Reckgrad gesteuert. Über die Reckgeschwindigkeit werden die Streckgrenze und die Dehnung gesteuert. - Auch eine Anlage zur Durchführung des Verfahrens wird angegeben.

Single and multi-wire drawing apparatus and method are described. A first wire drawing section (12) includes two pairs of cone drawing blocks (20, 24; 36, 40) and two tandem drawing blocks (48, 56). A second wire drawing section includes a number of tandem drawing blocks (58-64), four in the described embodiment, and a final capstan drawing block (66). The final tandem drawing block (56) of the first wire drawing section (12) is arranged on the second wire drawing section (14). All of the drawing blocks of the first wire drawing section (12) are driven by a single drive (78), while the tandem and the final capstan drawing blocks on the second wire drawing section (14) are actuated by a second drive (92). The dies (68-76) associated with each tandem drawing block (58-64) of the second section (14) are movable so that a number of different wire sizes can be produced by appropriately moving the dies (68-76) and adjusting the speed of the first drive (78) to provide a desired wire speed entering into the second wire drawing section (14).
