This invention resolves the problem in which a robot of the existing method cannot efficiently carry coarse aluminum castings to a first and a second machining unit. A robot holds an untreated coarse aluminum casting that is located at a predetermined carrying-in corner with the holding means and carries it to the first machining unit. Then, at the first machining unit it holds the treated coarse aluminum casting that has been treated by the first machining unit with the holding means as well as transferring the untreated coarse aluminum casting from the holding means to the first machining unit. Then it carries the treated coarse aluminum casting that has been treated by the first machining unit to the second machining unit. Then, at the second machining unit it holds a treated coarse aluminum casting that has been treated by the second machining unit with the holding means as well as transferring the treated coarse aluminum casting that has been treated by the first machining unit from the holding means to the second machining unit. Then it carries the treated coarse aluminum casting that has been treated by the second machining unit to a predetermined carrying-out corner.

Bekannte Handhabungsvorrichtungen müssen bei verschiedenen Anforderungen hinsichtlich der Freiheitsgrade des Greifmittels umgerüstet werden. Die neue Handhabungsvorrichtung soll bei geringem Aufwand individuell an die jeweiligen Einsatzbedingungen anpaßbar sein. Dies wird dadurch erreicht, daß die Verbindungsstelle zweier Teile der Handhabungsvorrichtung austauschbar gestaltet ist oder an der Verbindungsstelle drehbare, verschiebliche oder verfahrbare Organe angeordnet sind. Die Handhabungsvorrichtung kann innerhalb eines automatisierten Fertigungs- oder Montageprozesses verwendet werden, beispielsweise zum automatisierten Entnehmen von Spritzgußteilen aus Spritzgußmaschinen.

L'installation pour retirer une pièce à usiner du moule d'une presse d'injection ou d'une machine à coulée sous pression travaillant le plastique comporte un appareil de manipulation dont le système de saisie (3, 4) peut être couplé en fonction du cycle de travail de la machine à un coulisseau de guidage (11) d'une installation de commande forcée (10), coulisseau (11) grâce auquel le système de saisie peut se déplacer cycliquement dans la zone de retrait de la pièce à usiner, le mouvement de va-et-vient du coulisseau (11) étant effectué au moins par un dispositif de déplacement, respectivement de transmission (12) actionné par le mouvement de fermeture et d'ouverture des plaques de support de moule déplaçables (7) de la machine. Tout en conservant les avantages de l'utilisation d'un appareil de manipulation, cela autorise une réduction du temps de retrait et, donc, une augmentation du rythme de travail de la machine.

Ein Verfahren zur Wärmebehandlung von Gussteilen, insbesondere von Leichtmetall-Druckgussteilen durch Lösungsglühen, Abkühlen und Auslagern, wobei die Gussteile direkt nach der Entnahme aus der Form, oder direkt in der Form vor der Entnahme mittels Infrarotstrahlen für ein bis fünf Minuten lösungsgeglüht, danach für zwei bis fünf Minuten abgeschreckt und warm ausgelagert werden.
