    摘要: A hand-held tool comprises a tool part (2) and a handle (3) surrounding a section of the tool part (2) and connected to same in a torque-transmitting manner. The tool part (2) comprises a connection contour (7) used to connect the handle (3) in a torque-transmitting manner at least in some areas, in a section surrounded by the handle (3). The handle (3) comprises an inner handle piece (5) which can be connected to the connection contour (7) and surrounds same in a torque-transmitting manner. With the inner handle piece slid onto the connection contour (7), one or more outwardly-open casting channels (11) are provided between the two parts (5, 7). The handle (3) further comprises an outer handle piece (6) made of plastic, which during the course of a plastic moulding process is moulded around the unit comprising the tool part (2) which has an inner handle piece (5) connected to the connection contour (7) thereof, wherein the at least one casting channel (11) is at least partially filled with the plastic material which forms the outer handle piece (6). A method is also described for producing such a hand-held tool.

    摘要: The present invention provides a speed increasing bidirectional mechanical converter, comprising a main shaft and a speed increasing planet gear unit. The speed increasing planet gear unit includes a first ring gear, a planet gear, a sun gear and a planet carrier, wherein the planet gear is mounted on the planet carrier. The planet gear is arranged between the first ring gear and the sun gear, and rotates in an opposite direction against the sun gear. The speed increasing bidirectional mechanical converter further includes a reversing means, via which the first ring gear and the sun gear drive the main shaft. When in use, the planet carrier is kept still, and the main shaft rotates in the preset direction no matter a clockwise or anticlockwise torque is applied to the first ring gear. The speed increasing bidirectional mechanical converter of this invention realizes the direction reverse by using the speed increasing planet gear unit, which simplifies the structure of the speed increasing bidirectional mechanical converter, facilitates the manufacture and meanwhile decreases the space it occupies in the tool and its weight. A screwdriver and a wrench having the speed increasing bidirectional mechanical converter are provided in this invention as well.

    摘要: An adjustment tool enables manipulation of a prosthetic anatomical device such as an annuloplasty ring. The tool includes a compression member which is operative for retarding rotation of the adjustment shaft to preclude inadvertent rotation thereof during use of the tool by the surgeon. A locking device is associated with the adjustment tool to enable the releasable attachment of the tool to the anatomical device during its adjustment by manipulation of the tool. The locking device is oriented into operative and inoperative positions by the engagement and disengagement of locking elements. A scale may be provided on the adjustment tool to assist a surgeon in determining the size or amount of adjustment to the size of the anatomical device during its adjustment.
