    摘要： Die Erfindung betrifft ein Heftklammergerät (10) mit einem in seinem vorderen Bereich (12) eine Amboßplatte (14) tragenden Amboßschenkel (16), mit einem an einem Lagerbock (18) im hinteren Bereich (20) des Amboßschenkels (16) um eine Querachse (24) begrenzt verschwenkbaren Klammermagazin (26) und mit einem um die Querachse (24) gegenüber dem Klammermagazin (26) und dem Amboßschenkel (16) begrenzt verschwenkbaren, einen Treiber (30) zum Durchführen von Heftklammern (32) durch einen über der Amboßplatte (14) angeordneten Spalt (36) am Vorderende (34) des Klammermagazins (26) tragenden Treiberschenkel (28), wobei die Amboßplatte (14) mindestens zwei Umformkonturen (38) für die Heftklammern (32) aufweist und zwischen einer Heftstellung, in der sie verdrehfest am Amboßschenkel (16) fixiert ist, und einer Wechselstellung, in der sie bezüglich des Amboßschenkels (16) verdrehbar ist, relativ zum Amboßschenkel (16) beweglich ist. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass im Amboßschenkel (16) ein Schieber (54) zum Bewegen der Amboßplatte (14) aus der Heftstellung in die Wechselstellung in einer vom hinteren Bereich (20) zum vorderen Bereich (12) verlaufenden Längsrichtung (52) gegen eine Rückstellkraft linear verschieblich gelagert ist, der eine zum Verschieben in der Längsrichtung (52) beaufschlagbare Druckfläche (56) im hinteren Bereich (20) des Amboßschenkels (16) aufweist.

    摘要： A stapler having a base part (1) and a top part (2) pivotally connected to the same, the free end (E) of which can be pushed down (lever mode) onto the base part (1) via a lever (3) for the force-reducing driving of a staple into a material to be stapled that is positioned on the base part (1), is configured according to the invention such that the stapler can be utilized for stapling without any lever force amplification in a second operating mode (base mode), and the lever (3) is placed on and fixed to the top part for this purpose. The stapling occurs via pressure that is exerted onto the free end (E) of the top part (2). A fixing element secures the selected mode. The lever (3) and/or the top part (2) may have an operating button (4) for changing between the lever mode and the base mode.

The strike plate (7) is adapted to drive a staple into a target object. The strike plate (7) may be moved from the rest position to the loaded position by a loading mechanism (6) against the bias of a power spring (8), whereupon the energy stored in the power spring (8) is applied to the strike plate (7) to drive the staple. A stapler (1) may include a lockout (14) which inhibits movement of the strike plate (7) toward the loaded position unless a work piece is beneath the stapler body (3).
