The invention relates to a method for creating an aerodynamic element, notably for an aircraft, comprising an external face and plurality of parallel ribs and/or grooves formed on the said external face, the method consisting in creating the said element and its ribs and/or grooves simultaneously by use of a mould (22), characterized in that the method comprises: - a step of supplying a film (28) made of a deformable material, which has ribs and/or grooves that complement the ribs and/or the grooves of the said element, - a step of positioning the film (28) on a wall (26) of the mould (22), - a step of moulding the element, - a step of separating the element from the mould (22), simultaneously with the said film (28), and - a step of separating the film (28) from the element. Es wird ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Struktur aus aushärtbarem Material durch Abformung beschrieben. In einem ersten Schritt des Verfahren wird ein Abformwerkzeug oberhalb einer Oberfläche angeordnet, so dass in einem Bereich zwischen dem Abformwerkzeug und der Oberfläche das aushärtbare Material an die Oberfläche und eine der Oberfläche zugewandten Abformfläche des Abformwerkzeugs angrenzt, und so dass weiteres aushärtbares Material in den Bereich nachfließen kann. In einem zweiten Schritt wird das aushärtbare Material lokal variierend in dem Bereich bestrahlt, so dass das aushärtbare Material lateral variierend unterschiedlich schnell aushärtet, und Schrumpfungen beim Aushärten des aushärtbaren Materials durch das weitere aushärtbare Material ausgeglichen werden. In einem dritten Schritt des Verfahrens wird ein konstanter Druck an das weitere aushärtbare Material angelegt. Weiterhin werden ein zweites Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zum Herstellen einer Struktur aus aushärtbarem Material durch Abformung und ein Abformwerkzeug für ein optisches Bauteil beschrieben.

The invention relates to a molded body device for receiving a workpiece to be provided by means of a vacuum hood for covering a compression process produced using gas pressure in a gas-tight manner, said workpiece containing a curable viscous filler material. The vacuum hood is made of an elastic plastic material and contains a seal wedge, which is integrally formed with the vacuum hood, in a peripheral region, said sealing wedge engaging into a seal groove formed in a peripheral region of the molded body during a compression of the workpiece. Using the device, the production of large workpieces is made possible without using correspondingly large vacuum hoods. This is achieved in that the molded body adjoins a bridge which is guided over sub-regions of the workpiece, and the corresponding part of the closed seal groove is formed in the at least one bridge.

Provided is a sheet-shaped mold possessing a high strength and having a low breakage rate in demolding even in a case where the mold is thin and has a large-area. The sheet-shaped mold is prepared by combining a cured silicone rubber containing a polyorganosiloxane and a fiber for reinforcing the cured silicone rubber. The fiber may comprise a cellulose nanofiber. The sheet-shaped mold may have an uneven pattern on at least one surface (or side) thereof. The fiber may be surface-treated with a hydrophobizing agent. The fiber may formanonwoven fabric, and the nonwoven fabric may be impregnated with the cured silicone rubber. The cured silicone rubber may comprise a two-component curable silicone rubber having a polydimethylsiloxane unit. The sheet-shaped mold may be a mold for nanoimprint lithography using a photo-curable resin.
