摘要: Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung sowie ein Verfahren zum Herstellen von Behältern aus thermisch konditionierten Vorformlingen und eine Streckblasmaschine. Die Vorrichtung umfasst eine Blasdüse (1) zum Einblasen von Druckluft in einen Vorformling (80) für eine Umformung des Vorformlings (80) in einen Behälter (90), wobei die Blasdüse (1) eine Blasdüsenöffnung (2) aufweist. Ferner umfasst die Vorrichtung eine Reckstange (50) zum Recken des Vorformlings (80) und einen Ventilblock (10) mit mehreren Blasluftventilen (21, 22, 23), die innerhalb des Ventilblocks (10) axial bewegbar sind und die mindestens abschnittsweise ringförmig ausgebildet sind. Mindestens zwei der Blasluftventile umgeben die Reckstange (50) mindestens abschnittsweise ringförmig, wobei die mehreren Blasluftventile (21, 22, 23) ein erstes Blasluftventil (21) und ein zweites Blasluftventil (22) umfassen. Zwischen dem ersten Blasluftventil (21) und dem zweiten Blasluftventil (22) ist eine Dichtfläche (22c) an mindestens einem dieser zwei Blasluftventile (21, 22) angeordnet, die beim aneinander Anliegen dieser zwei Blasluftventile (21, 22) einen Fluidströmungsweg für eine Fluidströmung, der zwischen diesen zwei Blasluftventilen (21, 22) und zur Blasdüsenöffnung (2) verläuft, mittels einer Dichtwirkung sperrt. Es ist vorgesehen, dass das erste Blasluftventil (21) in einer radialen Richtung (R), die orthogonal zur Längsachse (A) verläuft, zumindest teilweise innerhalb des zweiten Blasluftventils (22) angeordnet ist.

Erfindungsgemäß weist die Führungsrollenanordnung (8) zumindest ein elastisch verformbares Ringelement (9) auf.

摘要: To regulate, in blow molding device using liquid, such as beverage, cosmetic product, and pharmaceutical product, filled in final product as pressurized liquid, an head space in a container which is filled with liquid during molding. The blow molding device including blow nozzle (4) configured to tightly communicate with the mouth tubular portion of preform( 31). The rod is disposed to be inserted into blow nozzle (4) and the tip portion of rod is inserted into the preform. Pressurized liquid is supplied into the preform via a tubular introduction path (Fi) formed by a blow nozzle and the rod (8a), thereby expandingly shaping container in accordance with the cavity of metal mold. When container is shaped and supply of pressurized liquid is stopped, rod is disinserted from container, and according to shape and insert position of tip portion of rod, head space of shaped container that is filled with liquid is regulated to be predetermined volume.
A valve mechanism (Vm) is provided in an end portion on a downstream side of the introduction path (Fi) formed in the blow nozzle (4) for allowing the introduction path (Fi) to be opened and closed. A tubular rod-shaped shaft body (10a) is displaceably inserted and disposed in the blow nozzle (4) along an axis direction of the blow nozzle (4), and the stretching rod (8a) is inserted in the shaft body (10a) such that the stretching rod (8a) is slidable in a liquid tight manner, the shaft body (10a) and the stretching rod (8a) constituting a seal pin (10). The valve mechanism (Vm) is configured by bringing and releasing a tip portion of the seal pin (10) into and from the abutment against a seal stepped portion (6s) provided on an inner circumferential surface of the blow nozzle (4).-

摘要: The invention relates to a method and an apparatus for producing liquid-contents-filled containers (22) from preforms (1) by introducing the contents into the preform (1) under a filling pressure, wherein the contents are pressurized by a pressure pump (7) and introduced into the preform (1) through a filling valve (6) at a forming and filling station (3). A pressure accumulator (10) disposed between the pressure pump (7) and the filling valve (6) is pressurized by the pressure pump (7) and filled with a volume of contents. The invention is characterized in that a positive displacement pump (26) is provided having a filling chamber (28) for the contents and a displacement body (30) movably guided within said chamber, wherein the displacement body (30) divides the chamber (28) into a first subchamber (28a) near the filling station and a second subchamber (28b) further away from the filling station, each of which can be brought into flow connection with the pressure accumulator (10). The displacement body (30) is in drive connection with a drive device (32) and can be driven by the drive device (32), and when the filling valve (6) is open the drive device (32) and/or the pressure accumulator (10) each at least temporarily apply a driving force to the displacement body (30) and, as a result, the displacement body (30) displaces at least part of the quantity of contents required for reshaping the preform (1) in the direction of the preform (1).
