A blow molding machine 1 has a blow molding section 10, an ejection section 20, and a delivery unit 100. In order to deliver a plurality of containers B to a device 200 of a post-process subsequent to the blow molding machine, the delivery unit includes a rail for holding, delivering and guiding the plurality of containers, and an elevation block raised and lowered relative to the rail. The elevation block includes a plurality of blades, an endless member to which the plurality of blades are fixed at a blow molding pitch, and a drive portion for driving the endless member to run.

A bottle blowing machine, comprises a mould opening and closing assembly having a mould opening state and a mould closing state, which comprises a bottom mould (1) movable relative to a machine frame of the bottle blowing machine in up-down direction, a fixed mould plate (2) fixedly disposed on the machine frame, and a moving mould plate (3) rotatable relative to the machine frame. When the mould opening and closing assembly is in the mould closing state, the moving mould plate (3) is engaged with the fixed mould plate (2), and the moving mould plate (3), the fixed mould plate (2) and the bottom mould (1) together enclose to provide a cavity. The moving mould plate (3) is fixedly connected with a rotation shaft (21) which is driven by a power source to rotate around an axis of rotation.
Abstract:
An elevating mechanism of a bottom mould is provided in the invention. The mechanism is mounted on a bottle blowing machine and comprises an elevating rod movable in up-down direction. The bottom mould is mounted on the upper end of the elevating rod. The elevating mechanism also comprises a rotation shaft rotatable around an axis of rotation, a protrusion 3 fixedly connected with the rotation shaft, a driving mechanism for driving the rotation of the rotation shaft, and a sliding block fixedly connected on the elevating rod. A guiding groove is opened on the protrusion, and the sliding block is slidably inserted into the guiding groove. In the invention, a protrusion having a guiding groove on it's surface and a sliding block fixedly connected on the elevating rod are utilized, such that the elevating rod can move in up-down direction when the sliding block slides along the guiding groove. The elevating mechanism of the invention is simple in configuration and convenient in operation.

A blow mold (101) having a chamber and an opening into the chamber at one end. Means for moving the blow mold (101) between an open position and a closed position. A two-piece push-up assembly positioned in the opening and forming a bottom wall (72) of the blow mold (101) and having a first portion (124A) and a second portion (124B). Means for moving the blow mold (101) to the open position. Means for withdrawing the first portion (124A) away from the mold (101) while the second portion (124B) remains in the mold (101). Means for withdrawing the second portion (124B) away from the mold (101) and removing the container from the chamber.
