摘要: A tape type binding apparatus includes a cutter portion (21) formed in a U-shape inside which a paper staple -(101) is held, a paper table (11) formed with a drawing hole (12) through which .cutter blades (23) of the cutter portion can be inserted, a pair of pressing members arranged on respective sides of the drawing hole, and a pressing piece (42) arranged below the center of the drawing hole. The cutter blades and leg portions (103-104) of the paper staple penetrate a stack of sheets placed on the paper table by moving down the cutter portion, the pair of pressing members folds the leg portions of the paper staple to inner sides by moving toward the center of the drawing hole through rectangular holes (25) formed on respective cutter blades, and the pressing piece presses and bonds the folded leg portions by relatively moving up with respect to the paper table.

摘要: In a first step of the method a printed sheet of sulphate carton board is glued onto a cardboard plate made of sulphate, double wall or triple wall cardboard. The sheet is printed by means of a digital (personalised and/or versionalised) or offset (versionalised) printing process.
After the sheet has been glued onto the plate (laminated) a section is punched out and provided with crease lines 7 to determine the width of the back 13 of the ring file folder. On either side of the back 13 there is present a front side 9 and a back side 11 of the ring file folder.
After the punching operation the selected ring mechanism 17 is introduced and the ring file folder 15 is ready.
The combination of process and selections of materials contributes to a socially well-considered manufactured product which can be completely recycled to its original raw materials. The user will always have the feeling of having a natural product in his possession.

摘要: To provide a staple using insertion-cutting blades that are manufacturable inexpensively, by which the strength of the insertion-cutting blades that are necessary when penetrating binding sheets is secured and the penetration of a staple through the binding sheets is executed reliably.
The stapler is constituted by including a handle, a frame and a base. The frame is provided, in the vicinity of the front edge portion of a feeding path through which the interlinked staples are fed, with a driver 18 executing the penetration of the staple with respect to the binding sheets. Punching blades 51a are mounted respectively on the right and the left of a staple push down unit 18f at the lower edge portion of the driver main body portion. Each punching blade 51a has a predetermined length and is provided with a blade edge 51ae at one edge portion. Also, each punching blade 51a is provided, in the vicinity of the edge portion including the blade edge 51ae, with a protrusion portion 51ad which has a slope surface at least on a side of the blade edge 51ae and which is protruded by a predetermined amount thereof. Here, the protrusion portion 51ad is not formed with the full width of the cutting blade 51a, and each cutting blade 51a has a linear portion that is continuous from one edge portion to the other edge portion in the longitudinal direction.

摘要: Provided is a die set to be used, not only by general consumers but also by producers, in a paper sheet binding device for paper products, the die set being free from use of metal staples, glues, or the like, being excellent in safety, productivity, and cost performance, and facilitating disposal of paper sheets. The paper sheet binding die set includes a pair of dies (1, 2) arranged to face each other and having respective opposed surfaces (3, 4) provided with respective tooth portions (5, 6) capable of meshing with each other, the paper sheet binding die set being configured to bind a plurality of stacked paper sheets in a manner that the pair of dies (1, 2) pressurize the plurality of stacked paper sheets from both sides in a thickness direction and the respective tooth portions (5, 6) of the pair of dies (1, 2) are meshed with each other. The respective tooth portions (5, 6) formed on the respective opposed surfaces (3, 4) of the pair of dies (1, 2) each include a plurality of tooth portions each having a substantially triangular shape in cross section and a predetermined tooth width, and provided in series on a corresponding one of the respective opposed surfaces (3, 4). Of the respective tooth portions (5, 6) formed on the respective opposed surfaces (3, 4) of the pair of dies (1, 2), each of the plurality of tooth portions (5 (6)) of one of the pair of dies (1 (2)) includes, on one widthwise side or both widthwise sides, an inclined-surface portion (9) inclined in a narrowing direction toward a peak-top portion (7) of the each of the plurality of tooth portions (5 (6)) of the one of the pair of dies (1 (2)), and in each of the plurality of tooth portions (6 (5)) of another of the pair of dies (2 (1)), which face the plurality of tooth portions (5 (6)) of the one of the pair of dies (1 (2)), at least a peak-top portion (7) of the each of the plurality of tooth portions (5 (6)) exists up to a position at which the peak-top portion (7) of the each of the plurality of tooth portions (5 (6)) covers a valley-bottom portion (8) on the inclined-surface portion (9) side of the each of the plurality of tooth portions (5 (6)) of the one of the pair of dies (1 (2)).
