    摘要： A refill for a writing tool includes an ink containing tube 1 that is made from a resin material and formed in a straight cylindrical shape, and a writing tip 2 that is attached to an end of the ink containing tube. A press-fit portion 1a, formed at the end of the ink containing tube 1, has a thickness being made thickened toward an inner circumferential surface and has an opening hole penetrating in an axial direction at a central portion of the press-fit portion. The writing tip 2 or a relay member 3 supporting the writing tip 2 is press-fitted and attached to the press-fit portion 1a. The refill for a writing tool can ensure a necessary and sufficient amount of ink stored without expanding an outer diameter of the ink containing tube, and sufficiently secure mechanical strength of an end portion, and a writing tool using the same can be provided.

    摘要： Ein Schreibgerät mit einer in einem Schaftteil angeordneten Minenanordnung hat eine Drehmechanik, mit der die Minenanordnung in die Schreibstellung bewegt werden kann. Die Drehmechanik weist ein Stellelement (20) mit einer Führkurve (22, 23, 24) auf und ist bezüglich einem Betätigungselement (30) drehbar, das einen in Eingriff mit der Führkurve (22, 23, 24) stehenden Stützvorsprung (32) hat. Bei Verwendung einer Minenanordnung in Form einer Kugelschreibermine liegt deren hintere Endfläche an einer ersten Stützfläche (33) des Betätigungselementes (30) an, und der Stützvorsprung (32) kann in Eingriff mit einem Stützabschnitt (24) der Führkurve gebracht werden. Das Betätigungselement (30) ist buchsenförmig ausgebildet und weist ein gegen Federdruck in eine Sperrstellung verlagerbares Sperrteil (40) auf, das bei Einsatz einer Drehbleistiftmechanik von deren Betätigungszapfen (16, 17) in die Sperrstellung bewegt wird, so daß der Stützvorsprung (32) nicht in Eingriff mit dem Stützabschnitt (24) der Führkurve (22, 23, 24) gebracht werden kann.

The magnetic material core has a through hole into which and through which one of the plurality of refill bodies can be inserted and that communicates with the opening portion. The refill bodies not selected by the refill body selection mechanism section are located away from the through hole of the magnetic material core, and at least the tip of the refill body selected by the refill body selection mechanism section is caused to project externally from the opening portion via the through hole.
