Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass das Gehäuseteil (41) und die weitere Gehäusebaugruppe (3, 42) bei dem Anschmelzen elastisch zueinander verspannt werden, wobei an dem Gehäuseteil (41) und/oder der weiteren Gehäusebaugruppe (3, 42) eine Spannvorrichtung angreift, um das Gehäuseteil (41) und die weitere Gehäusebaugruppe (3, 42) zueinander zu verspannen.

The invention relates to an adjustable mechanism for a motor vehicle which is used to adjust an adjustable element in a motor vehicle, especially a seating part. Said mechanism comprises a spindle nut comprising an axis, said spindle nut co-operating with a thread spindle and comprising external toothing on the external surface thereof which is in contact with an additional drive element. According to the invention, the external toothing (15) of the spindle nut (1) is formed by recesses in the external surface (10) of the spindle nut (1) which are inwardly turned in a radial manner, the teeth depths thereof diminishing in the direction of at least one axial end of the spindle nut (1).

La presente invention se refere a un systeme de support de glissement de sieges de vehicule et concerne particulierement une disposition de glissement de sieges permettant une variete de reglages de la position d'un siege et de sa configuration a l'interieur d'un vehicule. Une caracteristique de l'invention consiste a permettre une disposition dans laquelle des parties communes peuvent etre utilisees dans la version reglee manuellement et dans la version motorisee du support de siege. Un aspect de cette realisation presente un assemblage de glissement pour un siege de vehicule comprenant un premier organe (26) de glissement dispose de maniere a soutenir ou faire partie de la structure de coussin de siege, agissant de concert avec un autre organe (25) de glissement concu pour etre monte sur le plancher du vehicule. Dans une adaptation l'autre organe de glissement est monte aux extremites anterieures et/ou posterieures par des moyens de montage (28) grace auxquels il peut etre monte sur le plancher du vehicule et ajuste en hauteur par rapport au plancher du vehicule. Dans une autre adaptation le premier organe de glissement est pourvu de moyens de montage pivotant (60) a l'extremite posterieure disposee de facon a supporter une partie de dossier de siege de maniere a pouvoir regler l'angle du dossier du coussin de siege. De preference un entrainement par moteur electrique comprend un seul moteur electrique (100) et peut etre couple de maniere selective aux differentes fonctions d'entrainement de reglage au moyen d'embrayages electromagnetiques (108, 115, 109, 117). De preference la commande de l'entrainement par moteur et des fonctions d'entrainement est effectuee par un microprocesseur. De preference le microprocesseur est pourvu de moyens lui permettant de stocker des details des positions reglees du siege, et de deplacer le siege de maniere a l'adapter aux details stockes, en reponse a la commande d'un utilisateur.

A structure in which two worm wheels are disposed across a worm provides an increase in locking reliability while maintaining stable operation during rotation. At the time of rotation, respective rotating fulcrums set at both end portions in an axial direction of a worm 50 are supported by bearing parts 510, 520. At the time of locking, a locking fulcrum set at an eccentric position on one end portion in the axial direction of the worm 50 is supported by one bearing part 510, while on the other end portion in the axial direction, the rotating fulcrum is supported by the other bearing part 520 as is. As a result, the angle of lead of the worm supported by the pair of bearing parts 510, 520 is changed between the time of rotation and the time of locking and becomes smaller at the time of locking than at the time of rotation, whereby an increase in locking reliability can be achieved.

Both the worm (4) and the helical gear (6) have a lead angle greater than a friction angle. A lock plate (16) having a locking protrusion (16a) formed therewith is interposed between the worm (4) and the lock cam (14). The lock cam (14) is operable to press the lock plate (16) against the worm (4) to engage the locking protrusion (16a) with a portion of the worm (4), thereby locking the worm (4) and the helical gear (6).
