Abstract:
The present invention discloses a fastening tip for connecting a cargo support beam to a track, which comprises a first side plate (1), a second side plate (2), a stopping plate (3), a torsional spring (5) and a lining plate (4), characterized in that, the top surface of the top portion of the stopping plate (3) is flat, and the stopping plate (3) has an operating fin (32) exposed outside; the lining plate (4) engages the stopping plate (3) when the top portion of the stopping plate (3) tightly resists against the edge of the positioning hole (100). In the present invention, the damage due to the extrusion of cargos or by an external force is effectively prevented from; in addition, the manual operation space is increased, and the operation is more convenient.
Abstract:
A method and an arrangement for shipping reels, and a transport frame. The frame (8), which comprises a body (35), a chute (9) for receiving at least one reel (7), and support surfaces (60) for supporting the reel in the lateral direction, is arranged in a ship into a space that is open at least during loading. A reel (7) or reels (7) are loaded into the frame (8). The frame (8) includes a roof (30) placed onto the reels for protecting the reels (7) from environmental conditions.
Abstract:
A temperature controlled container comprises exterior wall structure, interior wall structure positioned within the exterior wall structure, the interior wall structure at least partially defining an interior space configured to hold one or more products for shipping, and a chamber defined between the interior and exterior wall structure, the chamber configured to retain thermal storage medium to provide a thermally insulative layer at least partially protecting the interior space.
Abstract:
A mounting system (200) for at least one of supporting and transporting a unitary load, the mounting system is provided. The mounting system includes a plurality of adjacent railcars (206, 202, 212) including a first railcar, the first railcar includes spaced first and second wheel assemblies (216, 220) each including at least one wheel pair (218, 222), a first frame (30) coupled to the first railcar, the first frame having a space (49) defined between at least two portions (48, 50) of the first frame, the first frame including at least one cushion (32, 33) selectively positionable within the first frame space, and a separate second frame coupled to the first railcar, the second frame having a space defined between at least two portions of the second frame, the second frame including at least one cushion selectively positionable within the second frame space, wherein the second frame is spaced from the first frame to facilitate at least one of partially containing and partially supporting the load, and wherein the first frame is substantially centered over the at least one wheel pair of the first wheel assembly, and the second frame is substantially centered over the at least one wheel pair of the second wheel assembly.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the invention relate to a cover, a method of covering, and a cover system to be used with shipments of products transported by air with ULDs. The cover system provides thermal protection to temperature-sensitive products in or on the ULD. The cover system maintains the proper relative humidity level and gas concentrations (oxygen, carbon dioxide and ethylene) for horticultural product loads. The cover system can also have antimicrobial properties. In addition, the cover system decreases the amount of water vapor released in the cargo holds which is known to affect the reliability of the aircraft smoke detection system and to cause false fire alarms.
Abstract:
A package (10;200) for containing a coil (30) of wire having an outer cylindrical surface extending about a coil axis, a top (40) and an oppositely facing bottom (48) has a base (12;212) for supporting the bottom of a wire coil when the wire coil is in the package. At least one side wall extends upwardly from the base about an outer cylindrical surface of the wire coil and has an upper edge (14;240;242) defining a top opening in the package for removing the wire. The packaging further includes a hold-down bar (50) between the bottom of the wire coil and the base which is transverse to the axis of the wire coil, and a lifting strap (70) having a first end (72,120), a second end (74,122) and a base portion (80) between the first and second ends and between the bottom of the wire and the base. The base portion has an opening (82) and the hold-down bar extends through the opening.
Abstract:
A cargo carousel system for shipping containers is provided that can include a frame configured to fit within a shipping container and a cargo carousel mechanism in the frame that can move cargo pod platforms, configured for holding cargo pods, in a continuous loop path in the frame. The system can further include two frames side-by-side in the shipping, each frame with its own cargo carousel system.
