Abstract:
The invention relates to a device (1) for transporting packaging, in particular packaging for food, comprising the following: a frame (2), at least two discs (3A, 3B, 3C, 3D) which are rotatably mounted on the frame (2), at least one tensioning means which encircles the discs (3A, 3B, 3C, 3D), and multiple receiving areas (9) for receiving the packaging, said receiving areas (9) being connected to the tensioning means. The aim of the invention is to allow a precise positioning of the packaging even with long transport paths. This is achieved in that the tensioning means is a belt (7A, 7B, 7C, 7D), in particular a synchronous belt. The invention also relates to the use of such a device (1) for transporting packaging for food, in particular composite packaging for food.
Abstract:
A chain conveyor, in particular for food products, having two ring chains (2) connected to each other by a plurality of support bars (3), and at least one driving gear wheel (9) to feed the ring chains (2) along a given path (P); the chain conveyor having a plurality of wings (6) integral to each ring chain (2) so as to form a corresponding side edge (S); wherein each wing (6) is mounted in a releasable manner on a single bar (3).
Abstract:
Modular belt module of the type having a width, and a length, where the width and length defines a plane, and a thickness orthogonal to said plane, such that the basic module is limited by two longitudinal sides, and a front and rear side, where the module comprises an upper part and a lower part, both upper and lower part being pivotally connectable in use to a forwardly arranged belt module, whereas only the bottom part is connected in use to a rearwardly arranged belt module, and where said upper part when in contact with said lower part is provided with means projecting below said lower part.
Abstract:
A conveyor having an endless conveyor belt made from a plurality of hingedly connected modular belt modules limited by two longitudinal sides. Each module comprises one or more upper parts and a lower part each pivotably connectable to a forwardly arranged belt module. One or more upper parts are provided with means projecting below the lower part at least when the one or more upper parts are in the same plane as the lower part. A feeding station is arranged on the conveyor's substructure and includes two side walls arranged parallel to a travelling direction of the conveyor belt and substantially orthogonal to the plane of the conveyor belt's surface. An end wall spans between the two walls leaving a gap between the upper surface of the conveyor belt and the lower edge of the end wall.
Abstract:
Push-on fitting (10) for a push-on suction cup (20) for a conveyor belt (30) for transporting or lifting goods, which push-on fitting (10) comprises a base disc (12) having a front side (11) and a rear side (13) and being adapted to be mounted in a hole (32) of the conveyor belt (30), said base disc (12) having a hole (15) for through airflow and being provided with a hollow push-on snap fitting pin (14) for through airflow, said pin (14) extending outwardly essentially perpendicular to the front side (11) and adapted to receive a push-on suction cup (20), wherein the snap fitting pin (14) comprises at least a pair of axial slots (16) adapted to provide at least a pair of flexible tongues (14a, 14b) formed in an end (17) of the pin (14) and in that the flexible tongues comprise a concentric snap fitting rim (18) having a variable diameter (D1), that can be varied by an end (19) part of the flexible tongues (14a, 14b) being acted upon, for receiving the push-on suction cup (20) provided with a washer (22) having a mounting hole (23) with a diameter (D2) smaller than a largest diameter (D1) of the rim (14c).
Abstract:
A platform member for a knuckle-linked conveyor belt includes a stabilizer for pushing a conveyed product towards a side rail to stabilize the product during conveyance. The platform member may include an upper portion forming a conveying surface and a lower portion stepped down from the upper port for receiving the forward end of an adjacent platform member. A connector on the lower portion connects the platform member to a corresponding body member in the conveyor belt. The upper portion overlies and protrudes forward from the front of the lower portion. Shaped side rails on the platform member are configured to allow overlapping between adjacent side rails to minimize gaps.
Abstract:
A sample tube transport system that includes a track adapted to provide a path for one or more carriers between a plurality of modules. The system includes at least one upper conveyor system having an upper belt configured to wrap around a first upper pulley and a second upper pulley, and a plurality of upper magnets affixed to the upper belt to move the one or more carriers along the track adjacent the upper belt. The at least one lower conveyor system includes a lower belt spaced vertically below the upper belt and configured to wrap around the first lower pulley and the second lower pulley, and a plurality of lower magnets affixed to the lower belt. Each of the plurality of lower magnets are positioned to attract and move the one or more carriers along the track adjacent the lower belt.
Abstract:
A transport apparatus (1 ) for dry extraction and transport of fly (light) ashes produced inside solid fuel boilers, apt to be associated with a fume dedusting system (100) and comprising: a metal belt conveyor (2), having a plurality of slats (5) partially overlapped, apt to support a bed of fly ashes to transport it along a preset path, and a sealed metal casing (3) inside which said slats move; and - containment means for fly ashes, apt to confine the latter on said slats (5) and along said transport path so as to limit relative motion between ashes and conveyor (2), which means comprises transverse boards (10), leveling members (7), side boards (6) and a movable rear baffle (8).
