    摘要： An image generating apparatus capable of effectively suppressing double paper feeding and reducing the number of components is obtained. This image generating apparatus comprises a paper feed roller (10) feeding papers (9), a push-up member (14) pressing the papers against the paper feed roller and a control portion (26) controlling driving of the paper feed roller and the push-up member. The control portion carries the papers in a paper feed direction by rotating the paper feed roller, thereafter carries the papers oppositely to the paper feed direction by a prescribed distance while lifting the push-up member, and thereafter lowers the push-up member.

    摘要： A dispenser for dispensing flexible media such as cut sheets (1) from a stack has a rotatable separating member (11) which engages and reverse buckles one end of the top sheet (2) so that that end is lifted away from the stack and positioned between transport rollers (9, 10). The transport rollers (9. 10) are driven independently from the separating member (11) so that multiple sheets may be separated from the stack before being transported. The frictional engagement between the separating member (11) and the stack varies as the separating member rotates, so that only one sheet is separated with each rotation. The center of the top sheet (2) is held against the stack by a holding member (3) so that the top sheet buckles only over part of its length.

    摘要： A paper feed unit has a paper feed tray (1) stacking sheets (2) thereon, a primary paper feed roller (3,4) and a secondary paper feed member (8,9), wherein an uppermost sheet among the sheets stacked on the paper feed tray is transferred toward the secondary paper feed member from the primary paper feed roller, a tip end of the sheet then contacts with the secondary paper feed member, and primary paper feed is then completed while the sheet is being bent. A counter rotation stop mechanism, which allows the primary paper feed roller to rotate in a paper feed direction but prevents the primary paper feed roller from rotating in a counter direction to the paper feed direction, and a rotation stop release mechanism, which releases a state in which the primary paper feed roller is prevented from rotating in the counter direction by the counter rotation stop mechanism, are also provided.

    摘要： An apparatus is provided for separating and dispensing a single film sheet (151) from a stack (13) of said sheets, loaded therein in a substantially vertical position, comprising: 1. a casing (10); 2. a film stack holding means, including: (a) a pressure plate (14) pressing against one side of said stack (13) along two narrow bands; (b) a base plate (17) and associated actuating means (48) for using the lower part of the base plate (17) to swing alternately toward and away from the pressure plate (14); (c) film stack support means (100) defining an inclined plane located below; (d) roller means (34), whereby a space is maintained between the upper end of film stack (13) and base plate (17); (e) at least one elongated combination film stack retainer and film separator cam (106); and (f) spring means (128) connected to cam (106) and stack support means, whereby the film stack will assume a slightly curved shape. 3. An upper film separator (22) including a slot sized to allow one, but not two, film sheets to be inserted therein simultaneously; 4. at least one driven, rotatable, reversible, resilient first cam wheel (35); as soon as said cam wheel (35) is driven clockwise it pushes the outermost film sheet into the slot in the upper film separator; and 5. a pair of drive wheels (48) and (47) located below the film stack support means, and associated drive means for selectively driving said drive wheels; whereby when the cam wheel (35) is rotated counterclockwise it pushes the aforesaid outermost sheet into the nip of the drive wheels (46) and (47), thereby separating said outermost film sheet (151) from the film stack and dispensing it.
