摘要: Provided herein is a method for producing glass-ceramic sheets. The method includes texturing at least one surface of a first glass sheet, and stacking the first glass sheet and a second glass sheet. The first glass sheet and the second glass sheet are stacked so that the textured surface of the first glass sheet contacts a surface of the second glass sheet. The first and second glass sheets are cerammed. After cooling, the cerammed first and second glass sheets are separated. Also provided is a pre-form for producing glass-ceramic sheets. The pre-form includes a first glass sheet having a textured surface, and a second glass sheet contacting the first glass sheet. The textured surface of the first glass sheet is in contact with a surface of the second glass sheet.

摘要: The present invention relates to wood pulp for glass plate-interleaving paper in which after application of a colorant or a color former to a surface of wood pulp, non-pigmented or non-colored discontinuous regions having a diameter of 30 µm or more exist on the surface of the wood pulp, in a specified rate, as well as, glass plate-interleaving paper formed from the wood pulp as a raw material, in which after application of a colorant or a color former to a surface of interleaving paper, non-pigmented or non-colored discontinuous regions having a diameter of 30 µm or more exist on the surface of the interleaving paper, in a specified rate. In accordance with the present invention, interleaving paper in which contamination, on the surfaces of glass plates for use as substrate materials for flat panel displays for which a high degree of cleanliness and high quality without damage are required, can be limited to a problem-free level in practice, as well as wood pulp for the interleaving paper mentioned above can be provided.

摘要: Provided is a process for producing laminated glass wherein even in a case where two glass plates among a plurality of glass plates have different plate thicknesses, the glass plates and an interlayer are sufficiently pressure bonded to reduce the distortion in the glass plates and to control the deterioration in visual quality.
A process for producing laminated glass by heating glass plates to a temperature close to a softening point to bend the glass plates includes a forming step for placing a plurality of glass plates 12 and 14 overlaid via a release agent on a ring mold 20 and bending the glass plates in a curved shape by gravity. In the forming step, at least two glass plates among the glass plates 12 and 14 have different plate thicknesses, the thinnest glass plate 14 has a plate thickness of less than 1.6 mm, and the plate thickness difference between the thinnest glass plate 14 and the thickest glass plate 12 is at least 0.5 mm. In the forming step, the glass plates 2 and 4 are placed on the ring mold 20 such that a thinner glass plate is disposed at a lower position.

摘要: To provide laminated glass excellent in the quality and the cost, in which two glass plates differing in the plate thickness can easily be bent with good accuracy.
Laminated glass 60 comprising a plurality of glass plates 12 and 14 bent into a predetermined shape, and an interlayer 40 interposed between the plurality of glass plates 12 and 14, at least two glass plates 12 and 14 among the plurality of glass plates 12 and 14 differing in the plate thickness, wherein the two glass plates 12 and 14 differing in the plate thickness have different glass compositions, and at an optional temperature between the annealing point and the softening point of the thick glass plate 12, the thick glass plate 12 has a lower viscosity than the thin glass plate 14.
