Disclosed in the present invention is a crystallization agent for the surface treatment of stone, comprising 0.5-5% by weight of a polyolefin wax, 10-30% by weight of fluorosilicic acid or a fluorosilicate, 1-6% by weight of an acid conditioner, 0.5-5% by weight of a fast drying agent and water as balance; wherein said polyolefin wax is added in the form of an emulsion, and the solid content of the polyolefin wax emulsion is in a range of 20% to 60%. The crystallization agent of the present invention can be used for the crystal finish treatment of stone including marble, terrazzo or special granite, which crystallization agent can be used for hardening and brightening the surface of a stone floor at the same time, so as to provide the crystal finish of the floor with high gloss while affording protection for the floor, and endow it with an improved anti-slip property. In the meanwhile, the treated stone surface has enhanced mechanical properties, and better resistance to wear and chemical corrosion, and water-soluble stains find it difficult to penetrate the interior of the stone. The stone surface treated by the crystallization agent of the present invention can be cleaned by water, so maintenance is convenient and rapid, and the maintenance costs are reduced compared with conventional waxing treatment.

According to this porous article, an effect of preventing surface contamination is superior, and alkali resistance and acid resistance are superior. In addition, a production treatment of the porous article can be performed at room temperature or at a relatively low temperature of 100°C or lower. Therefore, the production cost can be significantly reduced.

The method includes feeding a first composition toward a mixing point and feeding solid particles toward the mixing point. The method further includes mixing at the mixing point the first composition and the solid particles fed to the mixing point to form a second composition, and transferring the second composition away from the mixing point. The method further comprises polymerizing the polymerizable compound in the second compound so as to form a curable composition comprising the solid particles. The apparatus includes a solid particle feeder, a slurry feeder and a blender configured to blend and transfer a mixture of the solid surface forming slurry and solid particles away from the blending area. The composite solid surface article produced using the method and apparatus contain particles with a size greater than 5 mm.
