The present patent refers to encapsulated fertilizing compositions with slow and gradual release of nitrogen in form of ammonium and incorporation of several cultures, which when having its coating complemented or replaced by specific components and applied diluted in water, it synergistically acts as fire extinguisher and fire spread preventer, its manufacturing process and its application process that are aimed to avoid that the nitrogen compound or potassium contents disintegrate, has as purpose reducing the release of nitrogen in form of ammonia to plants and incorporating macronutrients and micronutrients in the nitrogen compound and in potassium, adding value to these, further increasing the resistance and improving growth of plants and the protection of their development, it provides better distribution and uniformity by launching into furrow or by pouring, reduces the deficit on carbon credit, reduces costs for farmers, avoids limitation of shares and external shipping control of compounds, can be applied directly with the seed, avoids rotting and burn of seed and root, can use the same equipment, thus raising the productivity, facilitating the launching and reducing the time for application either into furrow or also by pouring, ultimately facilitating the stocking and handling operations and overall management of all fertilizers.

The invention relates to a method for producing a moulded body for fertilising, said body comprising organic substances in addition to mineral fertilisers and having a core-envelope structure. The envelope of said structure, with the membrane and network structure of the moulded body, has a maximum thickness of 1 mm and a residual humidity of ≤ 17 wt. %, whereas the residual humidity in the core amounts to between 20 and 25 wt. %. In order to produce said moulded body, homogeneous compost obtained by aerobic decomposition, or mixed compost obtained from different processes, is mixed with plant nutrients, pelleted and then subjected to a drying treatment, until the residual humidity is controlled at a maximum depth of 1 mm.

The invention relates to a homogeneous, solid, particulate, urea-based composition comprising elemental sulphur and a urease inhibitor of the type phosphoric triamide, wherein the urea-based composition comprising elemental sulphur is further characterized in that one or more of the following measures applies: a) it comprises 5 weight% or less, relative to the total weight of the composition, of one or more alkaline or alkaline-forming inorganic or organic compounds; or b) it comprises an anticaking and/or moisture-repellent coating. The composition according to the invention has improved properties for reducing ammonia loss by urease activity in the soil and is in particular suitable as a fertilizer. The invention further relates to a method for the manufacture of a homogeneous, solid, particulate urea-based composition comprising urea, elemental sulphur and a urease inhibitor of the type phosphoric triamide, in particular N-(n-butyl) thiophosphoric triamide (nBTPT), as well as to a composition of kit of parts comprising: a) one or more alkaline or alkaline-forming inorganic or organic compounds; b) the urease inhibitor of the type phosphoric triamide in solid particulate or a liquid form, preferably wherein the urease inhibitor is N-(n-butyl) thiophosphoric triamide (nBTPT); c) optionally, one or more anticaking and/or moisture-repellent compounds.
