摘要: A paving apparatus is arranged to pave a supporting surface by casting individual paving stones on site on a mobile frame and placing the cast paving stones directly onto the supporting surface in an uncured state adjacent previously placed paving stones as the apparatus is displaced along the supporting surface. Molds are supported by a conveying mechanism of the paving apparatus for movement between a casting position in alignment with a hopper dispensing castable material into the molds and a placing position in which the uncured paving stones are dispensed from the mold directly onto the supporting surface to be paved.

摘要: Provided is a method for manufacturing artificial paving that helps improving global warming. A water permeable paving layer (40) is provided under which a drain layer (30), which includes gravels or sand, is selectively formed, and an interfacing layer (20) is formed under the drain layer (30). An ecological gradation layer (10) is set and rammed. The underside ecological gradation layer (10) provides an effect of supporting and, due to the ecological gradation layer (10) containing therein hollow bodies (11), which can be embodied as disaster-prevention water-storage hollow bodies (11) or earth-improvement hollow bodies (11) or microorganism-culture hollow bodies (11) or water-keeping hollow bodies (11) as desired, allows rainwater falling on ground surface to quickly penetrate down into the underground location, makes the ecological gradation layer (10) effectively preserve water in high water content, and prompt breeding of microorganisms, whereby when the atmosphere is of a high temperature, underground humidity can be released through drainpipes (41) that constitute the water permeable paving.

摘要: Provided is a method for manufacturing geological gradation layer (30) featuring disaster prevention and ecologic function, which uses on-site earth or gradation materials commonly adopted in road construction, including aggregates, soils, gravels, or a mixture of water permeable concrete, and most importantly, added with uniquely arranged hollow bodies (31), all constituents being mixed and laid on soil stratum (20), and subjected to ramming, to form an ecological gradation layer (30). The ecological gradation layer (30) provides an effect of supporting and also provides the functions of water storage, water preservation, and improving earth, whereby earth microorganisms and earth protozoa may establish a beneficial survival environment in earth, making the gradation layer exhibiting the characteristics of high water content and prompting breeding of microorganisms. When the atmosphere gets hot, water is released from the soil as vapor to alleviate the heat island effect and when rainwater precipitates, the rainwater can be stored for use in draughts.

摘要: Cover for a road verge, formed as a verge strip which extends along a paving, composed of concrete stones, forming a bond which which may or may not be permanent, said bond being oriented transversely to the direction of travel or main direction of the paving, wherein the transition areas or joints, between the stones parallel to the direction of travel are staggered with respect to each other.
At least at the joint edges which extend transverse to the direction of travel, the stones may be provided with concave and convex profiles for mutually interlocking engagement and/or at the joint edges which extend parallel to the direction of travel, they may be provided with concave and convex profiles for mutually interlocking engagement.

摘要: The present invention is directed to an apparatus for forming concrete pathways. The apparatus comprises a mold (10) incorporating a plurality of openings (14) for receiving concrete therein. The mold openings (14) define separate and distinct concrete cavities. Concrete pathways are formed by placing the mold (10) of the invention on a surface for receiving the concrete in the concrete cavities. Upon removal of the mold, the concrete segments retain the shape of the mold cavities and are slightly separated from each other. The procedure is repeated to form a pathway of a desired length and configuration.
