The invention relates to a prefabricated railroad level-crossing, consisting of two or more prefabricated concrete slabs with grooves (2) for containing the rails (3) and tubes (6) for containing pretension ropes. In the factory the joint between the concrete slabs is filled with cast mortar after which the pretension wires are tensioned while mortar is squeezed from the joint. Then the rails are placed after which the level-crossing is transported to its final location.

The invention relates to a track cover with cover plates (5, 6; 5a, 5b, 6) which are laid at the level of the rails (2, 3) of the track. The upper side of the cover plates is formed by an outer layer (10), provided with a reinforcement made from corrosion resistant profile bars (11) or which are protected against corrosion. Said profile bars (11) have a part (13; 18) of the surface thereof embedded in the outer layer and run with the remaining part (14, 19) of the surface thereof free on the underneath (12) of the cover layer (10). The cover layer is made from a composite material of a particulate filler and a binder, preferably a concrete.

The invention relates to a device for positioning of moulded structures of a railway level crossing on railway lines. Said device comprises at least one positioning rod means (22a) extending in the longitudinal direction of the railway lines along the moulded structure (16a), and end support means (28a) which can be rigidly coupled with at least one positioning rod means (22a) at each of those end regions thereof opposing in the longitudinal direction of the railway lines. Said end support means (28) can be moved to rest on each end surface (88a, 102a) of the last moulded structures (16a) in the longitudinal direction of the railway lines, and at least one intermediate support means which can be coupled rigidly to at least one positioning rod means in an intermediate region thereof arranged between the end regions, and can be moved substantially in the longitudinal direction of the railway lines to rest on a stop surface provided on the moulded structures (16a).

Beschrieben wird eine Gleisübergangskonstruktion, mit welcher insbesondere ein schräg zur Längserstreckung eines Gleises befahrbarer Gleisübergang aufbaubar ist, wobei der Gleisübergang aus einer Mehrzahl von einzeln zwischen und außerhalb der Schienen des Gleises dicht aneinanderliegenden Formkörpern (2, 42, FM) gebildet ist, welche in Längsrichtung des Gleises gesehen untereinander mit mechanischen Verbindungsmitteln verbunden sind und eine befahr- und begehbare Fläche definieren. Die mechanischen Verbindungsmittel in Form von Klammern (10) der in Längsrichtung des Gleises aneinanderliegenden Formkörper (2, 42, FM) sind hierbei in Längsrichtung des Gleises verstellbar untereinander und an einer Stelle mit einer Gleisschwelle (8) verbunden.

Gleiseindeckung, welche aus zwischen die beiden Schienen (2) eines Gleises (1) eingefügten Eindeckungsplatten (3) und gegebenenfalls auch aus außen an diese Schienen anschließend verlegten Eindeckungsplatten (4) gebildet ist, welche Eindeckungsplatten (3, 4) aus einem Verbundwerkstoff bestehen und zumindest an einem einer Schiene (2) zugewandten Rand (13, 13', 13") mit Stütznasen (5) versehen sind, welche unter Einfügung elastischer Beilagen (6) in die seitliche Ausnehmung (7) der betreffenden Schiene (2) eingreifen. Der Verbundwerkstoff ist aus mehreren miteinander vermengten Komponenten gebildet und enthält vorzugsweise eine Bewehrung. Die Eindeckungsplatten (3, 4) haben die Form eines quer zur Schienenlängsrichtung (8) verlaufenden U-Profils, das aus einer Deckwand (9) und an deren Querrändern (10) nach unten abstehenden Flanschrippen (11, 11') gebildet ist. Die Stütznasen (5) sind durch die Flanschrippenenden (12) gebildet. Vorzugsweise sind an mindestens einem Längsrand (13, 13') der Deckwand (9) Lippen (19) angeordnet, die unter der Spurkranzrille (18) verlaufen.
