摘要: Procédé pour la valorisation de chutes issues de pièces en matériau composite renforcé par des fibres continues dans une matrice polymère thermoplastique, le procédé comprenant les étapes consistant à :
i) obtenir une préforme composite (110, 500) à renfort continu adaptée à l'obtention d'une pièce structurelle ;
ii) obtenir la pièce structurelle (200, 400) à partir de la préforme composite à renfort continu ;
iii) détourer la pièce structurelle (200, 400) ;
iv) récupérer (310) les chutes (120, 220) produites aux étapes i) et iii) ;
v) broyer (320) les chutes pour obtenir un broyat constitué de tronçons de composites ;
vi) réaliser un compoundage (330) du broyat obtenu à l'étape v) pour obtenir un compound ;
vii) obtenir une deuxième pièce composite (410, 600) par mise en forme du compound obtenu à l'étape vi) ;
viii) lier la deuxième pièce composite à la pièce structurelle.-

摘要: Disclosed is a method of manufacturing an electrical isolation component which comprises overlaying an electrically-insulating outer ply comprising glass fibers on a core preform comprising reinforcing fibers and a thermoplastic matrix material and applying pressure to said outer ply and core preform, thereby causing consolidation of said reinforcing fibers and matrix material. Pressure is removed and said thermoplastic material hardens, thereby forming a laminate structure from the outer ply and the consolidated reinforcing fibers and matrix material. The reinforcing fibers and said glass fibers are formed of different materials. Also disclosed is an electrical isolation component having a core formed of reinforcing fibers embedded in a thermoplastic matrix material; and an electrically-insulating outer ply overlaying said core.
