摘要: A stackable concrete wall block is disclosed having a prism shaped body with front, rear top and bottom faces, in a stacked condition, and at least a pair of side walls for placement opposite a like block placed side by side to the wall block, whereby a lip protrudes from at least one of the sidewalls and is coplanar with the front face for spacing the body of the block from that of a like block placed adjacent thereto. As is the case with tapered blocks known in the art, this spacing allows the assembly of curved walls. However, a prism shaped block with parallel side walls and a lip is more easily manufactured than a tapered block with angled side walls, since no movable mold walls are required, when the block is made in a dry casting process. The front face and lip can have an embossed surface structure.

摘要: The invention of the present application provides a System of brick and rod (4, 5A, 5B) for the construction of walls with high resistance to extreme gravitational, lateral, and cyclic forces. This system allows the construction of a wall made of bricks reinforced with a skeleton of rods (4, 5A, 5B). The brick of this system is a rectangular block with horizontal (1 ) and vertical protuberances (3) and cavities (2) which permits horizontal and vertical interlocks with the adjacent bricks of the wall. The brick is also perforated by holes (15) which are aligned with the holes (15) of the vertically adjacent bricks of the wall, thus forming a continuous vertical hole (15) that goes throughout the entire height of the wall. The rod (4, 5A, 5B) of the system crosses the bricks through the continuous hole (15) of the wall.

摘要: The invention of the present application provides a system of brick and rod (24) for the construction of inclined walls, with great rigidity and lateral resistance, and great resistance to extreme uniform, cyclic, and gravitational forces. The brick of this system is a block with horizontal and vertical protuberances (13) and cavities (17) with permits horizontal and vertical interlocks with the adjacent bricks of the wall. The brick is also perforated by holes (20) that are aligned with the holes (20) of the vertically adjacent bricks of the wall, thus forming continuous holes (20) which go throughout the entire height of the wall. The rods (24) of the system cross the bricks through the continuous holes (20) of the wall. This system allows the construction of an inclined wall made of bricks reinforced with a skeleton of rods (24). The resulting wall is suitable for retaining walls.

摘要: The invention relates to a set of building blocks (1) and a method for constructing a wall by means of these blocks. Each building block (1) comprises a first side (10) with first coupling means (11) and a second side (20) with second coupling means (21), the first and second coupling means being adapted to mate with each other for coupling the building blocks to each other. The first and second coupling means are shaped for enabling their coupling by a rotational movement around a first axis and preventing their disengagement by a linear movement along a second axis perpendicular to the first axis, said linear movement being substantially in opposite direction of the rotational movement.
