    摘要： Magnetisable fibres dispersed in a viscous body, particularly reinforcing metal fibres dispersed in a wet cementitious material, is carried out by providing a fibre aligning member (15) having a nonmagnetic wall (17) including a first wall portion (17A) and a second wall portion (17B), moving the aligning member (15) relative to the viscous body with the first wall portion (17A) leading and the second portion (17B) trailing it and with the first and second wall portions (17A, 17B) contacting the viscous body, and directing a magnetic field into the viscous body through the first wall portion (17A) to subject the fibres (F) to a moving magnetic field. A device for performing the method comprises: a fibre aligning member (15) having a nonmagnetic wall (17) including a first wall portion (17A) and a second wall portion (17B); and a magnet device (18) disposed adjacent the first wall portion (17A) for directing a magnetic field into the viscous body through the first wall portion (17A), and a manipulating device (14) for moving the fibre aligning member (15) relative to the viscous body with the first wall portion (17A) ahead of the second wall portion (17B) and with the first and second wall portions (17A, 17B) contacting the viscous body.

    摘要： A portable vibratory wet concrete screed includes a blade, an exciter that is selectively driven to induce vibrations in the blade, at least one operator-manipulated handle connected to the blade and extending upwardly and rearwardly, a laser receiver mounted on the screed at a height above an upper end of the handle, and an indicator that is operatively connected to the receiver. The indicator provides a visual indication of the screed height relative to a desired grade. It is located remote from the receiver at a location which, when viewed from the perspective of a person in the vicinity of a screed operator, is at least substantially in a focal area containing the rear edge of the blade. The handle is mounted on the blade so as to be foldable from an upright, operative position in which it extends vertically and horizontally well beyond horizontal and vertical footprints occupied by a combination of the blade and the exciter to a stowed position in which it is positioned at least substantially entirely within the horizontal and vertical footprints.

    摘要： The invention relates to a vibratory screed device (1) for levelling freshly poured concrete surfaces. The vibratory screed device (1) consists of an elongated vibrated screed beam (2) delimited by a flat underside, a first and a second longitudinal side and a top; of a vibratory assembly for bringing the vibrated screed beam (2) into vibration; and of a handle assembly (3) which can be fixed in a detachable manner to the vibrated screed beam (2) at an upward slope with respect to the flat underside. The first and the second longitudinal side are differently profiled and each has a surface suitable for vibratory levelling. The handle assembly (3) can be fixed to the vibrated screed beam (2) in two positions, in the one position sloping upwards obliquely at the first longitudinal side in order to make the first longitudinal side the active surface and in the second position sloping upwards obliquely at the second longitudinal side in order to make the second longitudinal side the active surface. The second and the first longitudinal side are in particular profiled differently to one another such that they form surfaces which act in a different way to one another.
