Nach der Erfindung ist in dem bandseitigem Längsprofil (2) der Zarge (1) wenigstens ein verschiebbar gelagerter Sicherungsbolzen (13) vorgesehen, welcher bei der Drehbewegung des Türflügels (4) in der Schließ- bzw. in der Öffnungsbewegung mit der Scharnierlasche (7) im Längsprofil (2) zusammenwirkt, so dass im geschlossenen Zustand der Sicherungsbolzen (13) in das zur Bandseite weisende Türlängsprofil (14) eingreift, wobei im geöffneten Zustand der Tür (1) sich der Sicherungsbolzen (13) selbsttätig in das Längsprofil (2) der Zarge (3) zurückzieht.

The window assembly is further defined in that one of the window frame elements comprises a first surface which faces towards the outside of the window assembly and where, one of the window sash elements comprises a second surface and a third surface, said second surface being arranged such that it is located on the inner side of the plate element and such that it is facing said first surface of said frame member when the window is closed and said third surface being arranged such that it is facing the outer periphery of the window assembly and where said mounting fittings are fastened to said frame member via said first surface and to said sash member via said third surface. In this way, a window assembly is provided which is advantageous in a number of ways.
