    摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method of manufacturing a vacuum insulated glass unit (200). The method comprises providing a first glass sheet (2) comprising a first major surface 2a, and distributing a plurality of spacers (3) onto the first major surface (2a), wherein the spacers (3) comprises a ferromagnetic material. The distribution of the plurality of spacers (3) comprises dropping spacers (3) from a spacer holder (9, 30) from a distance above the first major surface (2a) and towards an intended spacer position (IP). Each, dropped spacer (3) comprises predefined, oppositely directed contact surfaces (3a, 3b). The spacer (3) has a maximum spacer width (W1)that is at least 1.1 times larger than the maximum spacer height (H1). A magnet arrangement (100) is arranged opposite to the second major surface (2b). The magnet arrangement (100) comprises one or more magnets (10). The magnet arrangement (100) forces the dropped spacer (3) to be orientated with one of said contact surfaces (3a, 3b) facing the first major surface (2a), so that the contact surface (3a, 3b) rests on the first major surface (2a) at the intended spacer position (IP).

    摘要: A method for manufacturing a tempered vacuumed glass, comprising: manufacturing of a support point (2), and, over-tempering treatment, compounding, sealing, and vacuuming of plate glasses (4 and 7), a total of five steps, among which, in the sealing step, a lead-free low-melting point glass powder containing a shortwave infrared-absorbing material is applied around a gap (3) between two sheets of over-tempered glasses (4 and 7) that are joined together, which are then introduced into an edge-sealing furnace to melt the lead-free low-melting point glass powder containing the shortwave infrared-absorbing material by means of employing a shortwave infrared for heating, thus sealing the gap (3) between the two sheets of over-tempered glasses (4 and 7) that are joined together. Employment of the method allows for a shortened time during which the tempered vacuumed glass is heated in the edge-sealing process, while ensuring the tempered strength of the glass.

The patterned spacers are made of ceramic ink.
