摘要: A concentric rotary fluid machine includes a first body and a second body that are rotatable relative to each other and coaxially arranged one inside the other. A plurality of gates are supported by the second body in gate pockets. Each gate pocket includes: a gate retention recess that receives a gate cylinder of a gate; a gate seal recess that receives a sealing portion of a gate; and an intervening land. The sealing portion is configured to reciprocate up and down within a corresponding gate seal recess while maintaining contact with the recess and the second body. A plurality of lobes on the first body cause the gates to swing about respective swing axes as the first body rotates relative to the second body. The lobes and the lands are configured so that a lobe forms a substantial seal against a land when in mutual radial alignment.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to enable a reduction in weight and improve reliability. A rotary compressor (101) has a cylinder (24), a piston (21), and a bushing (22). The cylinder (24) includes a cylinder hole (24a). The piston (21) moves relative to the cylinder (24) in the cylinder hole (24a). The bushing (22) slides against the cylinder (24) and the piston (21) in the cylinder hole (24a). The cylinder (24) and the piston (21) are formed from an Al-Si alloy having a Si content exceeding 12.6 wt%, which is a eutectic point. The bushing (22), which is formed from steel, has a surface layer including a sliding surface (22a) that slides against the cylinder (24) and the piston (21). The surface layer is reformed so as to have greater hardness than hardness of proeutectic Si contained in the Al-Si alloy. The surface layer also has hardness of at least Hv 1000 in the sliding surface.

摘要: A refrigerating apparatus is obtained which can recover the energy of high pressure refrigerant in an expansion mechanism as power to maximum, and can change the suction amount of the refrigerant in the expansion mechanism. The expansion mechanism (50) includes two rotary mechanism sections (70, 80) having displacement volumes different from each other. The rotary mechanism sections are connected in series to each other. Two suction ports (55, 56) are formed in a cylinder of a rotary mechanism section having a smaller displacement volume. Inflow pipes (24, 27) connected to the suction ports (55, 56) include a pre-throttle valve (60) and an on-off valve (61), respectively. A bypass valve (66) is provided in a bypass pipe (65) bypassing the expansion mechanism (50). Control on the valves (60, 61, 66) achieves balance between the refrigerant circulation amount in the expansion mechanism (50) and the refrigeration circulation amount in a compression mechanism (40).

The groove-side oil reservoir (3) is wider than the blade-side oil reservoir (2).
