摘要: A scroll fluid machine includes a revolving scroll in which a revolving wrap stands upright on an end plate supported revolvably on a drive shaft, and a fixed scroll which is provided opposite the revolving scroll and in which a fixed wrap stands upright on an end plate, wherein the revolving wrap and the fixed wrap are overlapped so as to form a compression chamber for compressing a fluid by causing the revolving scroll to revolve. The scroll fluid machine further includes: a rod-shaped member that is attached to the end plate of the revolving scroll and extends to a rear surface side of the fixed scroll, which is a side not opposing the revolving scroll; and a revolving plate that is attached to the rod-shaped member, provided with a pin crank mechanism, and supported revolvably on the drive shaft. The revolving plate is provided with a sealing unit that seals the compression chamber in an axial direction.

摘要: A scroll compressor includes: a fixed scroll 112; an orbiting scroll 109; a crankshaft 103 having an eccentric section 108 at an end portion; an oil supply hole 115 penetrating an inside of the crankshaft in an axial direction and having an opening portion on an end surface of the eccentric section: an orbiting sliding bearing 110 provided at the orbiting scroll and sliding by engaging with the eccentric section; and an oil supply passage 116 provided at an outer circumference of the eccentric section. The scroll compressor is structured so as to lubricate a gap between the eccentric section and the orbiting sliding bearing by lubricating oil supplied through the oil supply hole. At the outer circumference of the eccentric section, an axial loss reduction groove 117 is provided separately from the oil supply passage, and seal sections 118a, 118b are provided on at least one of the end surface side and a base end side of the eccentric section of the loss reduction groove. With this configuration, shear resistance of an oil film by the lubricating oil, which exists between an outer circumferential surface of the eccentric section of the crankshaft and an inner circumferential surface of the orbiting sliding bearing, can be reduced, and a bearing loss during fluid lubrication can be reduced.

摘要: A fluid machinery, a heat exchange equipment, and an operating method for fluid machinery. The fluid machinery includes: a rotating shaft (10), a cylinder (20) and a piston component (30). The axis of the rotating shaft (10) and the axis of the cylinder (20) are eccentric to each other and at a fixed eccentric distance. The piston component (30) is provided with a variable volume cavity (31), pivotally provided in the cylinder (20). The rotating shaft (10) is drivingly connected with the piston component (30) to change the volume of the variable volume cavity (31). Because the eccentric distance between the rotating shaft (10) and the cylinder (20) is fixed, the rotating shaft (10) and the cylinder (20) rotate around the respective axes thereof during motion, and the position of the center of mass remains unchanged, so that the piston component (30) is allowed to rotate stably and continuously when moving in the cylinder (20); and vibration of the fluid machinery is effectively mitigated, a regular pattern for changes in the volume of the variable volume cavity is ensured, and clearance volume is reduced, thereby increasing the operational stability of the fluid machinery, and increasing the working reliability of heat exchange equipment.

A trailing edge of the oil discharge passage (71c, 72c, 73c) is displaced behind a trailing edge of the oil supply hole (71a, 72a, 73a) with respect to the rotation direction of the drive shaft (23). A foreign substance is prevented from being accumulated in the oil supply hole (71a, 72a, 73a) of the drive shaft (23) of the compressor, and therefore, damage to be done to the bearing (29a, 29b, 29c) is reduced.
