    摘要: The present invention relates to a braking device (1) for a wind power plant. A brake drum (3) is provided, acting on a primary shaft, particularly a generator and/or transmission shaft. A plurality of braking elements (5) that can be radially adjusted toward the outside act on the brake drum (3) and can be adjusted by way of a central fluid cylinder unit (7) and fixed in the circumferential direction or rotational direction of the primary shaft by way of a coupling unit (9). The coupling unit (9) can be rigidly connected to a component that is fixed with respect to the primary shaft. The brake drum (3), fluid cylinder unit (7) and coupling unit (9) comprise a central through-passage (38, 78, 98), respectively, through which a secondary shaft, particularly an actuating shaft or a so-called pitch shaft, and/or the primary shaft, can pass, which can be rotated independently from the primary shaft and the braking device (1).

The rotor locking method for the power generating apparatus 1 may include the steps of: decelerating 2 the rotor by adjusting a pitch angle of the blade 2A: after the decelerating step, stopping the rotor 2 by applying a braking force by the hydraulic pump 20 to the rotor 2; and locking the rotor 2 so that the rotor 2 is immovable in a rotation direction.

The first pump and first relief valve are controlled based on maintaining pressure of the working fluid in the hydraulic circuit between a first minimum limit and first maximum limit. If the pressure falls below the first minimum limit, the second pump and second relief valve are controlled in addition to the first pump and first relief valve, with the control then based on a second maximum limit and second minimum limit.
