Die Pumpe umfasst ferner wenigstens eine auf einem der beiden Förderelemente angeordnete Dichtung sowie eine zumindest bereichsweise auf wenigstens eines der Förderelemente aufgebrachte, mit der jeweiligen Dichtung zusammenwirkende Gleitschicht. Zudem betrifft die Erfindung die Verwendung von mit einer Gleitschicht versehenen Bauteilen und einer oder mehreren Dichtungen zur Herstellung von Pumpen, insbesondere Vakuumpumpen.

摘要: A fluid compressor comprising a helical blade type compression mechanism that includes a cylinder (5), a roller (11) arranged inside the cylinder and a helical blade (15) interposed between the roller and the cylinder. The blade, the roller and the cylinder are formed of materials whose coefficients of thermal expansion satisfy relationships: Blade > Roller > Cylinder. According to this invention, pressure release can be easily performed in the case where the liquid flows back or under a low-temperature condition as at the time of actuation. In addition, the compression performance can be improved under a high-temperature condition during operation.

摘要: [Problem] To exchange the roller bearing that has been used in a scroll compressor mounted in an automobile with a m slide bearing. To provide a slide bearing having a performance that is at least equivalent to that of a roller bearing.
[Solution] The slide bearing results from baking onto a back metal a sliding layer of 5-60 wt% graphite having an average diameter of 5-50 µm and a graphitization degree of at least 0.6, the remainder comprising a polyimide resin and/or a polyamide-imide resin. On utilise donc un piston se déplaçant dans un cylindre pour comprimer l'air. Le compresseur à configuration idéale obtenu possède deux paires de six pistons opposés montés de manière centrale (303, 304, 305, 306). Il peut avoir un rendement de 120 psi.g pendant 50 000 heures.
