摘要: The present invention provides a method for measuring valve characteristic parameters of a valve actuator, comprising: resetting the push rod to a top end position; driving the push rod to push the valve rod, measuring the DC drive current in real time, and recording a first position of the push rod at the start of a first abrupt change in the DC drive current when the first abrupt change in the DC drive current is detected and lasts for more than a first preset time period; continuing to drive the push rod to push the valve rod and measure the DC drive current in real time, and recording a second position of the push rod at the start of a second abrupt change in the DC drive current when the second abrupt change in the DC drive current is detected and lasts for more than a second preset time period; calculating the stroke length of the valve based on the first position and the second position.

摘要: Disclosed are a fluid control assembly and a fluid control apparatus. The fluid control assembly comprises a connector (10), a valve core (20), and a communication port (102). The communication port at least comprises a first port (P1), a second port (P2), a third port (P3), a fourth port (P4), and a fifth port (P5). The fluid control assembly has at least one of the following four working modes: in a first working mode, the valve core is located at a first position, and the valve core communicates the first port with the fifth port and communicates the second port with the third port; in a second working mode, the valve core is located at a second position, and the valve core communicates the first port with the fourth port and communicates the second port with the third port; in a third working mode, the valve core is located at a third position, and the valve core communicates the first port with the second port and communicates the third port with the fifth port; and in a fourth working mode, the valve core is located at a fourth position, the first port is communicated with the second port, and the third port is communicated with the fourth port. In this way, fluid control of multiple flow paths can be implemented.

摘要: A flush valve includes a housing (304) having a first end (306) and a second end (308), a piston stem (310) extending between the first end and the second end, a piston stem fore end (312) coupled to the piston stem, a first O-ring (314) and a second O-ring (316) defining a control chamber (318) therebetween, and a solenoid valve (334) in fluid communication with the control chamber. The piston stem fore end is positioned toward the second end when in a closed position. In an energized state, the solenoid valve charges a pressurized gas into the control chamber, pushing the piston stem toward the first end and into an open position.

The electrically operated valve comprises a valve main body having a valve seat; a motor including a stator fixed to the valve main body and a rotor driven to rotate with respect to the stator, a planetary gear type deceleration mechanism configured to decelerate rotation of the rotor to transmit to an output gear, a valve member configured to be movable toward and away from the valve seat in an axial direction, an output shaft connected to the output gear, and a feed screw mechanism configured to convert rotational movement of the output gear into movement of the valve member in the axial direction. The planetary gear type deceleration mechanism includes a sun gear coupled to the rotor, a shaft passing through the sun gear in the axial direction, a planetary gear engaged with the sun gear, a carrier for rotatably supporting the planetary gear, comprising a lower disk having a circular opening at the center thereof which passes through an upper end of the output shaft, and an annular ring gear engaged with the planetary gear, wherein the output gear is formed in a cylindrical shape with a bottom that has a number of inner teeth that differs from the number of teeth of the ring gear and engages with the planetary gear, the upper end surface of the output shaft passing through the circular opening abuts on the lower end surface of the sun gear, and the output shaft is made of a different material from the material of the sun gear. -
