Abstract: A system for cleaning, zeroing, and preventing air pollution in indoor space includes several gas detection devices (A, 3), a central control monitoring device (B), and several gas exchange and filtration devices (C). The gas detection devices (A, 3) detect and output indoor and outdoor air pollution data. The central control monitoring device (B) receives the outdoor and indoor air pollution data to perform an intelligent computation and comparison, locate an air pollution location in the indoor space, and transmit a control command intelligently. Each of the gas exchange and filtration devices (C) is combined with a smart switch (D) for the control command to control the gas exchange and filtration devices (C) to be enabled, so that the air pollution is filtered and exchanged by the gas exchange and filtration devices (C), thereby allowing the indoor air pollution data detected by the gas detection devices (A, 3) in the indoor space to be a safety detection value.

Abstract: A method extends battery life of a battery powered indoor air quality (IAQ) sensor that includes a IAQ detector, a radio, the battery, and a microcontroller with a memory and a processor. The method includes detecting IAQ at predetermined intervals to provide IAQ levels, and storing the IAQ levels and corresponding timing data in the memory. The method further includes determining an occupancy schedule based on IAQ level patterns and subdividing the occupancy schedule into a plurality of periods. The method further includes determining an occupancy status of each of the periods based on the IAQ levels. The method further includes operating the IAQ detector to sample at an active interval when the occupancy status is the occupied and at an inactive interval when the occupancy status is the unoccupied. The inactive interval is longer than the active interval. The IAQ detector can be, for example, a CO2 detector or a VOC detector.

Abstract: A dynamic insulation wall assembly and a method for automatically controlling one or more airflows in a dynamic insulation wall (1) interposed between an indoor environment (I) of a building and the outdoor environment (E) are described. The ventilation unit (100) comprises at least one primary channel (75) which directly connects the ventilation unit (100) with the outdoor environment (E) and at least one secondary channel which connects the ventilation unit (100) with the inner air cavity (40) or the outdoor environment (E). The ventilation unit (100) further comprises a control damper (SC) of the airflows, arranged between the extraction (25) and supply (45) channels and the primary (75) and secondary (85) channels.
