摘要: The object the present invention is an indoor thermoregulation and sanitary water heating system configured to adapt its operation to the availability of energy.
The system receives information on the available power or energy. The thermoregulation system comprises a thermoregulation circuit wherein a heat transfer fluid flows, that exchanges heat with a heat pump. The thermoregulation circuit comprises at least one circulation pump for said heat transfer fluid and one or more terminals for indoor heating/cooling and/or for the production of sanitary water,
The terminal for the production of sanitary water is a section of the thermoregulation circuit that passes through a sanitary water storage tank with which it exchanges heat.
The sanitary storage tank is also equipped with an electric resistance immersed in the sanitary water.
Furthermore, the thermoregulation circuit may be equipped with an electrical resistance immersed in the heat transfer fluid, used as a back-up or aid of the heat pump generator for indoor heating. Heat pump and resistances are configured to activate in a coordinated manner to maximise the consumption flexibility.-

摘要: The present invention relates to an energy management system for a building, comprising at least one first thermal energy storage device for providing domestic hot water, at least one second thermal energy storage device for providing space heating, at least one electrical energy storage device, at least three state of charge analysers for determining the state of charge of said devices, at least one heat pump, at least one renewable energy generation device for providing electrical energy, and a controller configured to control an operation of said devices and to control an operation of the at least one heat pump, wherein the controller is configured to determine a state of charge of the at least one electrical energy storage device based on information of the at least one third state of charge analyser and to control a charging and/or a discharging of the at least one electrical energy storage device based on a determined a state of charge of the at least one electrical energy storage device.

摘要: L'invention concerne un procédé de régulation d'un appareil de chauffage (10), comprenant : une façade (24) ; un premier élément chauffant (16) électrique au contact de la façade ; un corps de chauffe (14) à inertie thermique ; un deuxième élément chauffant (18) électrique, en contact avec le corps de chauffe ; et un capteur (19) d'une température T de l'air extérieur.
Une puissance nominale (P0) de l'appareil de chauffage est la somme des puissances (P1, P2) des premier et deuxième éléments chauffants ; un seuil α est paramétré dans l'appareil.
Une puissance P de chauffe est déterminée en fonction de la température T. Selon que P ≤ αP0 ou que P > αP0, une priorité de chauffe est donnée respectivement au premier ou au deuxième élément chauffant.
