摘要: Method to operate a domestic hot water system (10), the domestic hot water system (10) having a tank (11) to store hot potable water, the domestic hot water system (10) having at least one remote location (12) being remote from the tank (11) at which water stored within the tank (11) can be provided to a respective water consumer (13), wherein the respective remote location (12) is connected to the tank (11) through a respective water pipe (14), wherein a temperature sensor (16) is assigned to the respective remote location (12) or to the respective water pipe (14) guiding the water stored within the tank (11) to the respective remote location (12), wherein the method comprises the following steps: Measuring a respective temperature at a respective remote location (12) or at the respective water pipe (14) with the respective temperature sensor (16). Determining from the respective temperature measured by the respective temperature sensor (16) a water usage event at the respective remote location (12). Determining during a determined water usage event a temperature profile (24) from the temperature measured by the respective temperature sensor (13). Determining from the temperature profile (24) determined during the water usage event a risk factor of microbiological growth at the respective remote location (12) or of microbiological growth within the respective water pipe (14). Initiating and executing a disinfection cycle for the respective remote location (12) or the respective water pipe (14) if the respective risk factor of microbiological growth is above a respective risk threshold. 摘要: A system and method for providing domestic hot water and/or space heating within a building is provided. The system comprises at least one storage vessel comprising a removable cover, wherein an internal volume of the at least one storage vessel is fluidly connected to a source of sewage and/or wastewater from one or more buildings, a water-source heat pump, at least one solar thermal collector, at least one heat transfer circuit, wherein the at least one heat transfer circuit comprises at least one fluid line containing a heat transfer fluid, and a controller for controlling an operation of the system. The system comprises an operation mode in which the controller of the system is configured to connect the at least one solar thermal collector to the at least one storage vessel via the at least one fluid line, wherein the system is configured to store a heat output from the at least one solar thermal collector in sewage and/or wastewater present in the internal volume of the at least one storage vessel. Moreover, a removable cover of a storage vessel is provided.

The system receives information on the available power or energy. The thermoregulation system comprises a thermoregulation circuit wherein a heat transfer fluid flows, that exchanges heat with a heat pump. The thermoregulation circuit comprises at least one circulation pump for said heat transfer fluid and one or more terminals for indoor heating/cooling and/or for the production of sanitary water,
The terminal for the production of sanitary water is a section of the thermoregulation circuit that passes through a sanitary water storage tank with which it exchanges heat.
The sanitary storage tank is also equipped with an electric resistance immersed in the sanitary water.
Furthermore, the thermoregulation circuit may be equipped with an electrical resistance immersed in the heat transfer fluid, used as a back-up or aid of the heat pump generator for indoor heating. Heat pump and resistances are configured to activate in a coordinated manner to maximise the consumption flexibility.-

摘要: Vorgeschlagen wird ein Verfahren zur Ladung (19) eines Warmwasserspeichers (8) einer Vorrichtung zur Warmwasserbereitstellung (1), wobei mindestens ein Signal mindestens eines Temperatursensors (10, 11) angeordnet im Warmwasserspeicher (1) erfasst wird und anhand desselben mindestens zwei Betriebszustände (Z1, Z2, Z3, Z4) unterschieden werden, denen jeweils eine Solltemperatur (27) und jeweils eine Hysterese der Solltemperatur (27) zugewiesen sind, wobei bei einem Unterschreiten der Solltemperatur (27) abzüglich der Hysterese eine Ladung des Warmwasserspeichers (8) ausgelöst wird und ein Wechsel eines Betriebszustandes (Z1, Z2, Z3, Z4) durch:
- einen erfassten Entnahmevorgang (20) und/ oder
- eine erfasste Zeitdauer seit dem letzten Entnahmevorgang (20)
initiiert wird. Gemäß einer Ausgestaltung kann ein Entnahmevorgang (20) anhand von mindestens zwei Signalen von mindestens zwei Temperatursensoren (10, 11) erkannt werden, wobei (bezogen auf eine geodätische Höhe des Warmwasserspeichers (8)) ein erster Temperatursensor (10) in einem mittleren Bereich des Warmwasserspeichers (8) angeordnet ist und ein erstes Signal bereitstellt und ein zweiter Temperatursensor (11) in einem oberen Bereich des Warmwasserspeichers (8) angeordnet ist und ein zweites Signal bereitstellt und ein Entnahmevorgang (20) sowie eine Restenergiemenge im Warmwasserspeicher (8) anhand von Gradienten und/oder Differenz von erstem und zweitem Signal erkannt werden.
