The invention relates to improving the heat efficiency of a rotating kiln by introducing into the material to be heated auxiliary bodies that by heat conduction give off heat energy thereto. The auxiliary bodies remove the heat energy either from the flame in the rotating kiln owing to their improved absorbency relative to the material to be heated or from an additional auxiliary body heating system outside the rotating kiln. The auxiliary bodies serve as an optimized receiving medium and improve the energy input to the material to be heated. This allows the units to be shortened, thus resulting in further energy savings and a reduction in construction costs. Existing systems can be simply retrofitted. Excess energy, for example from wind power output peaks, can be used for the additional auxiliary body heating system, and non-kiln-compatible energy carriers can be used.

The present invention provides a regenerative thermal oxidizer which burns and eliminates harmful process gases generated in industrial sites. The present invention provides the regenerative thermal oxidizer in which different parts of the rotor are used as inlet and outlet process gas flow paths to increase the ability to process the process gases. According to the present invention, the ability to process the process gases is enhanced in spite of the rotor being similar in size to typical rotors and, as well as, the structure of the rotor and adjacent components is simplified.

The present disclosure relates to the preparation of a polymer composite material for building air conditioning or dehumidification having superior water-adsorbing ability, durability and antibacterial properties by electrospinning. Specifically, the disclosed method for preparing a polymer composite material for building air conditioning or dehumidification includes: (Sl) adding a crosslinking agent or a crosslinking agent and a porous filler for conferring durability and antibacterial properties into a hydrophilic polymer solution antibacterial properties to prepare a polymer composite material solution; (S2) electrospinning the polymer composite material solution to prepare a nanofiber sheet; and (S3) crosslinking the nanofiber sheet by heat-treatment. Since the disclosed polymer composite material for building air conditioning or dehumidification has superior antibacterial properties and excellent water-adsorbing ability and durability, the polymer composite material can perform dehumidification when used for air conditioning of a building, thereby reducing air conditioning load and improving energy efficiency. Further, through dehumidifying cooling, the high-efficiency polymer composite material can remove moisture from the hot and humid air in the summer, thus reducing air conditioning load by decreasing latent heat load and saving energy. In addition, the polymer composite material can be used in moisture-sensitive production processes, industrial applications requiring moisture control or protection from damage or corrosion by moisture to reduce moisture and provide dry air.

The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a plate heat exchanger comprising a stack of plate parts of metal sheet, between which plate parts two media flow that exchange heat through the plate parts. The method comprises forming a pattern of channels on at least one length of plate and subsequently folding the length of plate to the effect that it forms a stack of continuous plate parts of altematingly a section of length of plate with pattern of channels and a plane section. Moreover, in accordance with the invention, the pattern of channels can be formed by a first rolling of folds transversally of the plate part of metal sheet and subsequently embossing the profile pattern by pressing or rolling completely or partially over the pre-rolled folds. The invention further relates to a plate heat exchanger made by one or more of said methods.

摘要:
A conveyor/cooler (10) of hot loose solid materials produced by fluid bed boilers (12) and various industrial processes fundament ally comprising one or more feeding channels, substantially vertical or at any inclination wherein, because of gravity, said material (18) leaves the combustion chamber of the boiler, and a sealed metallic container means (16) connected to the downstream end of said discharging channel(s) (20) is disclosed. Within said container a metallic conveyor belt means (14) driven by proper motor means is placed on such a conveyor belt means, the material from the downstream end of the channel(s) is laid, thus forming a travelling continuous bed, said belt means thus constituting a regenerative heat exchanger which absorbs heat from material during the forward run and gives it back to air during the backward run.
