    摘要: An improved position encoder system (100) for providing an output signal representative of the position of a movable body, relative to a reference position, includes at least one magnetic element (106) fixedly attached to the movable body. The system further includes a first spatially orthogonal fluxgate sensor pair (102) and a second spatially orthogonal fluxgate sensor pair (104) for detecting the magnetic field. The first sensor pair is disposed adjacent to the polar axis (PA) at a first predetermined distance, and the second pair is disposed adjacent to the polar axis at a second predetermined distance, preferably twice the first predetermined distance. The system further includes a signal processor (108) for receiving from the first sensor pair and a signal from the second sensor pair. The signal processor produces an output signal that corresponds to a predetermined combination of the signal from the first sensor pair and the signal from the second pair, such that a resulting relationship between the output signal and the position of the movable body is substantially linear.

    摘要: Subject-matter of this invention is a device for measuring angular microvariations, having a double pendulum construction comprising two vertical cylindrical legs (11, 12) connected to one another by a first transversal arm (13), having merely mechanical and structural function, and by a second transversal cylindrical arm (14), also acting as a housing for a LVDT transducer, wherein the upper ends of said two vertical legs (11, 12) are closed by means of rubber stoppers. A wire (15) is connected to said rubber stoppers by means of screws (20) and a respective block (16) is suspended therefrom. Said blocks (16) are partially immerged in a liquid material contained in two cups formed by end enlargements of said second transversal arm (14) and they are firmly interconnected by means of a rod (17) bearing the core (18) of the LVDT transducer. The device is equipped with a microprocessor based electronic system for detecting, processing and transmitting the measurement data.
