摘要:

A flowmeter (5) is provided having a sensor assembly (10) connected to meter electronics (20), wherein the sensor assembly (10) comprises at least one driver (104), at least one pickoff (105), and a first D-shaped conduit (400A) configured to receive a process fluid therein, as well as a second D-shaped conduit (400B) configured to receive a process fluid therein.
摘要:
The measuring system functions to measure at least one measured variable of a flowing fluid and comprises a fluid supply line (60), a converter device (20) which has a tube (21) and at least one tube (22) and is equipped to provide at least one measurement signal (s1) corresponding to the at least one measured variable, a fluid return line (40), and a fluid extraction line (50). According to the invention, initially a first flow path (I) is established which leads from the lumen of the fluid supply line (60) to the lumen of the tube (21), further to the lumen of the tube (22), and further to the lumen of the fluid return line (40), nevertheless not to the lumen of the fluid extraction line (50), and afterward fluid is allowed to flow along said flow path (I), for example, for tempering and/or cleaning parts of the measuring system and/or to condition the fluid. Furthermore, according to the invention, a second fluid path (II) (instead of the first flow path) is established afterwards and which leads from the lumen of the fluid supply line (60) to the lumen of the first tube and parallel to the lumen of the second tube, and further from the lumen of the first tube or from the lumen of the second tube respectively to the lumen of the fluid extraction line, and fluid is allowed to flow along said second flow path (II). Furthermore, at least one measuring signal (s1) is generated during the flow of fluid along the second flow path, optionally also during the flow of the fluid along said first flow path, and said measuring signal is used to determine measurement values for the at least one measured variable.

A net oil and gas well test system for a set of oil and gas wells includes at least two net oil and gas measurement systems and a plurality of valves that are in fluid communication with the individual wells in the set and independently configurable between a first state, in which the valve routes flow to a first net oil and gas measurement system, and a second state, in which the valve routes flow to a second net oil and gas measurement system. Each net oil and gas measurement system suitably has the capability to measure a multiphase flow including oil, gas, and water without separation. For example, each measurement system can include a multiphase Coriolis meter and a water cut meter. Each measurement system suitably includes the capability to provide dynamic uncertainty estimates related to measurement of the multiphase flow.

A Coriolis mass flow meter and components thereof. One such component being a conduit having an inlet, an outlet, and a curved shape extending therebetween, and defining therein a flow path lying in an imaginary plane. The inlet and outlet each have an internal cross-sectional area having a first dimension in a direction along the plane and a second dimension in a direction perpendicular thereto. The first and second dimensions are the largest dimensions of each internal cross sectional area in the respective directions. The first dimension having a different magnitude of length than the second dimension.

A fluid mass flow meter comprises a swirl generator 16 followed by a convergent nozzle 20 which produce a strongly swirling flow with periodic pressure fluctuations. The flow is subjected to a Coriolis force in a divergent nozzle 26. The pressure fluctuations are sensed by axially-spaced pressure-collecting pipes 32, 32', and a phase shift in the pressure fluctuations between the two pipes due to the Coriolis force is a measure of mass flow.
